Abstract
【解決手段】アクリル系ポリマーと、金属水酸化物とを含有する熱伝導性粘着樹脂組成物であって、熱伝導性粘着樹脂組成物から形成される粘着層のトルエン可溶分を示差屈折計検出器を装備したGPCにより測定して得られる標準ポリスチレン換算の重量平均分子量が、ポリスチレン換算分子量10000以上の高分子領域において、250000以上400000未満であり、ポリスチレン換算分子量10000未満の低分子領域において、5000以下であり、熱伝導性粘着樹脂組成物から形成される粘着層の密度が、1.2〜1.7g/cm3である。

Description
(熱伝導性粘着樹脂組成物の調製)
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート70g、n−ブチルアクリレート30g、2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート0.05g、および、アクリル酸3gを含有するモノマーに、AIBN(商品名、2’2’−アゾビスイソブチロニトリル、和光純薬社製)0.08g、および、トルエン150g配合し、均一に溶解した後、65℃で8時間重合させて、アクリル系ポリマー溶液を得た。得られたアクリル系ポリマー溶液の粘度(BH粘度計、No.5ロータ、10s-1、測定温度30℃)は、約25Pa・sであった。
ロジン系樹脂:商品名「スーパーエステル」、平均重量分子量1520、軟化点(環球法)95〜105℃、荒川化学工業社製
水酸化アルミニウム:商品名「ハイジライトH−32」、1次平均粒子径8μm、昭和電工社製

(熱伝導性粘着シートの作製)
熱伝導性粘着樹脂組成物を、チューブ(内径19mm、長さ約1.5m)によりウェットラミロールコーターに導入しながら、硬化後の厚さが50μmとなるように、ダイヤホイルMRF38(商品名、ポリエチレンテレフタレート基材、厚さ38μm、三菱樹脂社製)に塗布した。
実施例1〜5および比較例1〜5で得られた熱伝導性粘着シートについて、(1)GPCによるトルエン可溶分の高分子領域および低分子領域における重量平均分子量、並びに、高分子領域に対する低分子領域のピーク面積比(低分子/高分子比)、(2)密度、(3)熱伝導率、(4)剥離接着力、および、(5)保持力について評価した。
(1)GPCによるトルエン可溶分の高分子領域および低分子領域における重量平均分子量、並びに、高分子領域に対する前記低分子領域のピーク面積比(低分子/高分子比)
粘着層300mgを、トルエン50mlに投入し、25℃で168時間浸漬させて、粘着層をトルエンに溶解させた。その後、浸漬液を、80メッシュのナイロンシャーで濾過することにより、トルエン不溶分を除去して、トルエン可溶分を調製した。

本評価では、粘着層3に加える圧力25N/cm2(250kPa)における熱抵抗を測定した。
(4)剥離接着力
熱伝導性粘着シートを、20mm×100mmの大きさに裁断した後、保護シートを剥離した。次いで、23℃、50%RH環境下で、熱伝導性粘着シートの剥離面を、ステンレス鋼(SUS304BA)板に配置し、2kgのローラーで1往復することにより、熱伝導性粘着シートをステンレス鋼に貼着した。
(5)保持力
熱伝導性粘着シートを、20mm×10mmの大きさに裁断した後、25μm厚のPETフィルムに貼付けて、サンプルを得た。次いで、23℃、50%RH環境下で、サンプルの上端部10mm×20mmの部分を、剥離面をステンレス鋼(SUS304BA)板の下端部に載置して、2kgのローラーで1往復することにより、熱伝導性粘着シートをステンレス鋼板に貼着した。

- アクリル系ポリマーと、金属水酸化物とを含有する熱伝導性粘着樹脂組成物であって、
前記熱伝導性粘着樹脂組成物から形成される粘着層のトルエン可溶分を示差屈折計検出器を装備したGPCにより測定して得られる標準ポリスチレン換算の重量平均分子量が、ポリスチレン換算分子量10000以上の高分子領域において、250000以上400000未満であり、ポリスチレン換算分子量10000未満の低分子領域において、5000以下であり、
前記熱伝導性粘着樹脂組成物から形成される粘着層の密度が、1.2〜1.7g/cm3であることを特徴とする、熱伝導性粘着樹脂組成物。 - 前記GPC測定により得られたクロマトグラムにおいて、前記高分子領域に対する前記低分子領域のピーク面積比が、0.85〜1.30であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱伝導性粘着樹脂組成物。
- 粘着付与樹脂をさらに含有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の熱伝導性粘着樹脂組成物。

前記官能基含有アクリレートの配合割合が、前記モノマーに対して、0.01〜10質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝導性粘着樹脂組成物。 - 基材と、前記基材の少なくとも一方の面に積層される請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝導性粘着樹脂組成物からなる粘着層とを備えることを特徴とする、熱伝導性粘着シート。
- ステンレス鋼板に接着した後、前記ステンレス鋼板に対して剥離角度180度で剥離速度300mm/分剥離したときの剥離接着力が、4N/20mm以上であることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の熱伝導性粘着シート。
- 前記粘着層の厚みが、30〜200μmであることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の熱伝導性粘着シート。
- 前記基材が、プラスチックフィルムから形成され
前記基材の厚みが、12〜50μmであることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝導性粘着シート。
