Abstract
【解決手段】
本発明は、オムツ分野用、特に弾性オムツファスナー要素用の弾性フィルム、及びそれの製造方法に関する。該フィルムは弾性層(1)を含む。これは、ポリマー組成物の押出によって製造される。該ポリマー組成物は、スチレンブロックコポリマーと軟化剤との混合物を含む。軟化剤は、その50重量%超が、好ましくはその全てが、少なくとも一種の植物系油、特に精製ナタネ油からなる。

Claims (14)
- ポリマー組成物を押出して製造された弾性層(1)を備え、この際、前記ポリマー組成物が、スチレンブロックコポリマーと軟化剤との混合物を含む、オムツ分野用、特に弾性オムツファスナー要素のための弾性フィルムであって、軟化剤は、その50重量%超が少なくとも一種の植物系油からなることを特徴とする、前記弾性フィルム。
- 軟化剤が、その全てが少なくとも一種の植物系油からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弾性フィルム。
- 植物系油が、ナタネ油、ダイズ油、ヒマワリ油、トウモロコシ胚芽油、綿実油、コメ胚芽油、ピーナッツ油、オリーブ油、サフラワー油から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の弾性フィルム。
- 精製ナタネ油が植物系油として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の弾性フィルム。
- 前記混合物中での軟化剤の割合が、10重量%超、特に20重量%超でであり、かつ60重量%未満、特に40重量%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の弾性フィルム。
- ポリマー組成物中での前記混合物の割合が、30重量%超、特に40重量%超であり、かつ60重量%未満、特に50重量%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の弾性フィルム。
- ポリマー組成物が、前記混合物中に存在するスチレンブロックコポリマー含量に加えて、30重量%〜60重量%の割合で線状SBS−ブロックコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の弾性フィルム。
- ポリマー組成物が、5重量%超、30重量%未満の割合でポリスチレン類を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の弾性フィルム。
- ポリマー組成物と共押出された少なくとも一つのカバー層を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の弾性フィルム。
- 共押出されたカバー層が、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレン−コポリマー、ポリプロピレン、ポリプロピレン−コポリマー、またはこれらのポリマーの混合物の群からのポリマーからなることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の弾性フィルム。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のオムツ分野用、特に弾性オムツファスナー要素用の弾性フィルムを製造するにあたり、少なくとも一つの弾性層がポリマー組成物から押出され、該ポリマー組成物は、スチレンブロックコポリマーと軟化剤との混合物を含む方法であって、50重量%超が少なくとも一種の植物系油からなる軟化剤が使用されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- ポリマー組成物が少なくとも一つのカバー層と一緒に共押出されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- ポリマー組成物が、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレン−コポリマー、ポリプロピレン、ポリプロピレン−コポリマーまたはこれらのポリマーの混合物の群のポリマーでできた少なくとも一つのカバー層と一緒に共押出されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
