Abstract
【解決手段】栓塞物質捕捉用フィルターデバイス100は、血管内の目的位置までフィルター部材40を移動させるためのコアワイヤ20と、このコアワイヤ20の遠位先端側に形成され、血管内のコアワイヤ20を誘導するガイド部30と、コアワイヤ20に設けられた血栓やデブリスを捕捉するためのフィルター部材40と、コアワイヤ20を貫通可能なシース50と、を主として備えた。

コアワイヤと、
前記コアワイヤの遠位先端に設けられるガイド部と、
開口部が遠位先端側に形成され、かつ底部が開口の近位後端側に配置されるように、前記ガイド部近位後端側のコアワイヤに取り付けられている袋状のフィルター部材と、
前記コアワイヤと前記フィルター部材とを内部に収容可能なシースと、
を備えたことを特徴とする。
以下、図面を用いて、実施形態にかかる栓塞物質捕捉用フィルターデバイス100について詳細に説明する。
Claims (7)
- コアワイヤと、
前記コアワイヤの遠位先端に設けられるガイド部と、
開口部が遠位先端側に形成され、かつ底部が開口の近位後端側に配置されるように、前記ガイド部近位後端側のコアワイヤに取り付けられている袋状のフィルター部材と、
前記コアワイヤと前記フィルター部材とを内部に収容可能なシースと、
を備えたことを特徴とする栓塞物質捕捉用フィルターデバイス。 - 前記フィルター部材の底部は、前記コアワイヤと連結されていないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓塞物質捕捉用フィルターデバイス。
- 前記開口部には、開口部の周囲に沿って前記フィルター部材を保持する開口部保持ワイヤが前記コアワイヤに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の栓塞物質捕捉用フィルターデバイス。
- 前記開口部は、前記コアワイヤとの付け根からコアワイヤの遠位先端方向へ傾いて設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の栓塞物質捕捉用フィルターデバイス。
- 前記開口部には、梁部材が前記開口部保持ワイヤと前記コアワイヤとの間に懸架されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の栓塞物質捕捉用フィルターデバイス。
- 前記梁部材と前記コアワイヤとを連結する連結部を備えており、
前記連結部は、前記コアワイヤ上をスライド自在に形成されてなり、
前記連結部が一定の位置より前記コアワイヤの近位後端側へのスライドするのを防止する移動防止部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の栓塞物質捕捉用フィルターデバイス。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の栓塞物質捕捉用フィルターデバイスにおいて、
回収に使用する回収用シースを有することを特徴とする栓塞物質捕捉用フィルターデバイス。
