Abstract
【解決手段】長いシャフト11を有する手術器具が、シャフト11内に、組み込み位置に一次成形で形成された密封要素34を備えている。好ましくは、まず任意の1つまたは複数の作動手段29、29a、29bがシャフト11内に組み込まれて配置され、次いで、密封要素34を形成するために配置されるキュア可能なプラスチック材料がシャフト11の内部に、好ましくはその内径より大きくかつその長さよりも短い距離に亘って作動要素30、31を取り囲むように注入されて、密封要素34が製造される。好ましくは、キュア可能な材料が、例えば長さが数10cmで直径が最大で数mmのシャフトの中に、1〜数cmの距離に亘って注入される。

Claims (15)
- 特に内視鏡器具における手術器具(10)であって、
近位端(17)と遠位端(12)とを有する長手のシャフト(11)と、
前記遠位端(12)に配置された少なくとも1つのツール(13)と、
前記近位端(17)に配置されたグリップ(18)と、
前記グリップ(18)に配置された少なくとも1つの作動器(24)と、
前記シャフト(11)を通って延在し、かつ前記作動器(24)の動きを前記ツール(13)へ伝達するために前記シャフト内で可動な、少なくとも1つの伝動手段(29、29a、29b)と、
前記シャフト(11)内に配置された少なくとも1つの密封要素(34)と、
を備える器具。 - 前記ツール(13)は、前記伝動手段(29、29a)に接続された、少なくとも1つの直線移動型または枢動型の部品(14)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記伝動手段(29、29a、29b)は、金属またはプラスチック材料製のワイヤ(30)または細いロッド(31)であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の器具。
- 前記伝動手段(29、29a、29b)は電気伝導性を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記密封要素(34)は一次成形によって前記シャフト(11)に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記ツール(13)は、2つ以上の伝動手段(29、29a)に接続された2つ以上の可動部品(14、15)からなり、前記伝動手段は前記シャフト(11)と前記密封要素(34)とを貫通して延在し、ここで前記伝動手段(29、29a)は互いに相対移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記伝動手段(29、29a、29b)は前記密封要素(34)を貫通して延在することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記伝動手段(29、29a、29b)の少なくとも前記密封要素(34)を貫通して延在する部分が直線的であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の器具。
- 前記密封要素(34)は前記シャフト(11)の全断面を封止することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記シャフト(11)は、前記伝動手段(29、29a、29b)がその内部を貫通して延在するチューブであることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記密封要素(34)は、疎水性材料でできていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記密封要素(34)は、シャフトの長手方向に測定される長さを有し、前記長さは、前記密封要素(34)の直径の複数倍を超え、及び/又は前記シャフト(11)の長さ以下であり、ここで前記シャフトの長手方向は前記シャフトの中央線(36)によって画定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記密封要素(34)は、前記シャフト(11)の遠位端(12)、前記シャフト(11)の近位端(17)、及び/又はその間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記密封要素(34)は、前記シャフト(11)に対して相対移動しないように前記シャフト(11)内に保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記密封要素(34)は、前記シャフト(11)内に、強制封鎖、摩擦係合、材料結合、及び/又は嵌合により保持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
