Abstract
【解決手段】油中のハロゲン化合物を金属ナトリウムで脱ハロゲン化し得られる脱ハロゲン油を、クエンチング装置19に導き、ここで表面に水酸基を有し油に不溶な固体からなる固体クエンチング剤33aと接触させ、脱ハロゲン油に残存する未反応の金属ナトリウムと固体クエンチング剤33aの水酸基とを反応させ、金属ナトリウムをクエンチングする。

Claims (7)
- 被処理油中のハロゲン化合物を金属ナトリウムで脱ハロゲン化し脱ハロゲン油を得る反応工程と、
前記脱ハロゲン油と表面に水酸基を有し油に不溶な固体からなる固体クエンチング剤とを接触させ、前記脱ハロゲン油に残存する未反応の金属ナトリウムと前記固体クエンチング剤の水酸基とを反応させ、前記金属ナトリウムをクエンチングするクエンチング工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするハロゲン化合物含有油の無害化処理方法。 - 前記固体クエンチング剤が、植物及び/又は動物由来の固体、合成樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハロゲン化合物含有油の無害化処理方法。
- 被処理油中のハロゲン化合物と金属ナトリウムとを反応させ脱ハロゲン油を得る反応槽と、
表面に水酸基を有し油に不溶な固体からなる固体クエンチング剤を内蔵し、前記脱ハロゲン油と前記固体クエンチング剤とを接触させ、前記脱ハロゲン油に残存する未反応の金属ナトリウムと前記固体クエンチング剤の水酸基とを反応させ、前記金属ナトリウムをクエンチングするクエンチング器と、
を含むことを特徴とするハロゲン化合物含有油の無害化処理装置。 - 前記固体クエンチング剤が、フィルター状であり、
未反応の金属ナトリウムが残存する前記脱ハロゲン油を該固体クエンチング剤を通過させ、前記金属ナトリウムをクエンチングすることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハロゲン化合物含有油の無害化処理装置。 - 前記フィルター状の固体クエンチング剤の目開きの大きさが、前記未反応の金属ナトリウムの平均粒径よりも1〜5μm大きいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハロゲン化合物含有油の無害化処理装置。
- 前記脱ハロゲン油が前記固体クエンチング剤を通過するときの圧力損失から前記固体クエンチング剤の破過状態を検出することを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のハロゲン化合物含有油の無害化処理装置。
- 前記固体クエンチング剤が、粒状、ペレット状、又はボール状であり、
前記クエンチング器が、流動層であり、
前記流動層に未反応の金属ナトリウムが残存する前記脱ハロゲン油を供給し、前記固体クエンチング剤を流動化させながら前記金属ナトリウムをクエンチングし、破過した前記固体クエンチング剤を比重差により分離し流動層から抜き出すことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハロゲン化合物含有油の無害化処理装置。
