Abstract
【解決手段】燃焼空気を供給し、これをシリンダ中で圧縮するステップと、燃料噴射機構によってディーゼル燃料及びLPG燃料をシリンダ中の圧縮燃焼空気の中に噴射するステップと、を有し、ディーゼル燃料及びLPG燃料の噴射の前に、ディーゼル燃料が、燃料混合装置(60)によりLPG燃料と混合され、LPG燃料とディーゼル燃料とからなる均一な燃料エマルジョンがまず生成され、つづいてこの燃料エマルジョンを少なくとも1つのシリンダ中に噴射する。

Claims (10)
- ディーゼルプロセスを用いて駆動エネルギーを発生する往復動ピストン内燃機関(1)であって、
クランク軸(11)と結合した往復動ピストン(12)が配備された少なくとも1つのシリンダ(10)と、
前記シリンダ(10)中において前記往復動ピストン(12)で圧縮する燃焼空気を供給する空気送入装置(21)と、
前記シリンダ(10)中の圧縮された燃焼空気中に、LPG燃料貯槽(40)からのLPG燃料及びディーゼル燃料貯槽(50)からのディーゼル燃料を噴射する燃料噴射機構(30)と、
を有する、往復動ピストン内燃機関(1)において、
前記LPG燃料貯槽(40)さらには前記ディーゼル燃料貯槽(50)と連通しており、LPG燃料及び/またはディーゼル燃料から均一な燃料エマルジョンを生成するために配備されている燃料混合装置(60)が備えられ、前記燃料噴射機構(30)は、前記燃料混合装置(60)と連通しており、前記燃料エマルジョンを少なくとも1つのシリンダ(10)中に噴射するように配備されていることを特徴とする往復動ピストン内燃機関。 - 前記燃料混合装置(60)は、均一な燃料エマルジョンを生成するために、往復動ピストン内燃機関(1)の運転状態に大きさが依存するLPG燃料の体積流に、これより大きさが小さいディーゼル燃料の体積流を混合するように配備されている請求項1に記載の往復動ピストン内燃機関(1)。
- 前記燃料混合装置(60)が、ディーゼル燃料体積流量の大きさがLPG燃料体積流量の大きさの25%未満になるように配備されている請求項2に記載の往復動ピストン内燃機関(1)。
- 前記燃料混合装置(60)が、ディーゼル燃料体積流量の大きさがLPG燃料体積流量の大きさの1%〜15%の範囲になるように配備されている請求項2または3に記載の往復動ピストン内燃機関(1)。
- 前記燃料混合装置(60)が、ディーゼル燃料体積流量の大きさがLPG燃料体積流量の大きさの5%〜10%の範囲になるように配備されている請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の往復動ピストン内燃機関(1)。
- 前記往復動ピストン内燃機関(1)が、4行程大型エンジンとして形成されている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の往復動ピストン内燃機関(1)。
- クランク軸(11)と結合した往復動ピストン(12)が内部に配備された少なくとも1つのシリンダ(10)と、前記シリンダ(10)中に燃焼空気を供給する空気送入装置(21)と、LPG燃料貯槽(40)からのLPG燃料及びディーゼル燃料貯槽(50)からのディーゼル燃料を噴射する燃料噴射機構(30)と、
を有する、ディーゼルプロセスで作動する往復動ピストン内燃機関(1)の運転方法であって、
燃焼空気を供給し、これをシリンダ(10)中で圧縮するステップと、
前記燃料噴射機構(30)によってディーゼル燃料を前記シリンダ(10)中の圧縮燃焼空気の中に噴射するステップと、
前記燃料噴射機構(30)によってLPG燃料を前記シリンダ(10)中の圧縮燃焼空気の中に噴射するステップと、
を有する、方法において、
ディーゼル燃料及びLPG燃料の噴射の前に、ディーゼル燃料が、燃料混合装置(60)によりLPG燃料と混合され、LPG燃料とディーゼル燃料とからなる均一な燃料エマルジョンがまず生成され、つづいて前記燃料エマルジョンを少なくとも1つのシリンダ(10)中に噴射することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記均一な燃料エマルジョンが、往復動ピストン内燃機関(1)の運転状態に大きさが依存するLPG燃料の体積流に、これより大きさが小さいディーゼル燃料の体積流を混合して生成される請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記均一な燃料エマルジョンが、ディーゼル燃料体積流量の大きさがLPG燃料体積流量の大きさの25%未満になるように生成される請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記均一な燃料エマルジョンが、ディーゼル燃料体積流量の大きさがLPG燃料体積流量の大きさの1%〜15%の範囲、とりわけ5%〜10%の範囲になるように生成される請求項8または9に記載の方法。
