【解決手段】充填装置を用いて多結晶シリコンをプラスチックバッグに充填し、前記充填装置は非金属の汚染の少ない材料からなる懸吊されたエネルギー吸収体を有する多結晶シリコンの包装方法において、前記プラスチックバッグをエネルギー吸収体に被せ、多結晶シリコンを充填し、かつ前記プラスチックバッグを充填の間に下方向へ降下させて、シリコンを前記プラスチックバッグ中へ滑り込ませることを特徴とする、多結晶シリコンの包装方法

Claims (9)
- 充填装置を用いて多結晶シリコンをプラスチックバッグに充填し、前記充填装置は非金属の汚染の少ない材料からなる懸吊されたエネルギー吸収体を有する多結晶シリコンの包装方法において、前記プラスチックバッグを前記エネルギー吸収体に被せ、多結晶シリコンを充填し、かつ前記プラスチックバッグを充填の間に下方向へ降下させて、シリコンを前記プラスチックバッグ中へ滑り込ませることを特徴とする、多結晶シリコンの包装方法。
- 充填装置を用いて多結晶シリコンをプラスチックバックに充填する多結晶シリコンの包装方法において、リザーバーが開口部を有し、前記開口部を通してシリコンを充填し、前記リザーバーにシリコンが充填された後に、前記プラスチックバッグを前記リザーバーに被せ、引き続き前記リザーバーを回転させて、前記シリコンを前記リザーバーから前記プラスチックバッグ内へ滑り込ませることを特徴とする、多結晶シリコンの包装方法。
- 充填装置を用いて多結晶シリコンをプラスチックバッグに充填する多結晶シリコンの包装方法において、リザーバーは少なくとも2つの開口部を有し、前記少なくとも2つの開口部の1つを有する前記リザーバーの側に前記プラスチックバッグを被せ、前記少なくとも2つの開口部の第2の開口部を通して前記リザーバーにシリコンを充填し、前記リザーバーは少なくとも充填工程の開始時に、前記シリコンを充填時にまず前記プラスチックバッグと接触させずに、前記プラスチックバッグの降下により初めて、前記シリコンをプラスチックバッグ内へ滑り込ませるように配置されていることを特徴とする、多結晶シリコンの包装方法。
- 前記プラスチックバッグは、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリプロピレン(PP)又は複合シートからなることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチックバッグの降下運動の開始前に、前記プラスチックバッグの横断面を適切な装置によって減少させ、かつ前記横断面を充填の間又は充填後に次第に増大させて、多結晶シリコン破砕物のプラスチックバッグへの制御された充填を達成する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギー吸収体は、非金属の汚染の少ない材料からなり、かつホッパ、ホース又は中空体の形を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- リザーバー又はエネルギー吸収体が秤を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- リザーバー又はエネルギー吸収体が秤を有し、前記秤は篩として構成されかつ前記エネルギー吸収体又は前記リザーバーの底部に存在する、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記充填の間に、引っ掛かりを完全に回避できかつ良好な分離を達成するために、リザーバー又はエネルギー吸収体の波状運動及び/又は揺動運動を達成するメカニズムが設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
