Claims (8)
- ある量のポリシリコン塊を提供し、該量のポリシリコン塊から多数の部分を取っ手、シャベル、容器または手動により取り出し、該部分を計量し、場合によりポリシリコン塊の該部分をサイズ階級によって分類し、取り出され計量された該部分を、各バッファー容器がポリシリコン塊の1つの部分を収容する多数のバッファー容器を含むバッファー貯蔵所に導き、プラスチックバッグに包装されるべきシリコン塊の目標重量を定義し、目標重量に最も近い総重量を有する、ポリシリコン塊の多数の部分からの少なくとも4つの部分を組み合わせ、該少なくとも4つの部分のポリシリコン塊をプラスチックバッグに導入し、プラスチックバッグを閉じ、該少なくとも4つの部分の総重量に基づき、0.5%未満の微細材料が生じ、該微細材料は、少なくとも4つの部分から組み合わされた20から200mmのサイズの塊の総量から、8mmのメッシュサイズ(正方形メッシュ)を有する網目スクリーンによって篩わけできる粒子を含む、ポリシリコン塊の包装方法。
- ポリシリコン塊の前記部分が多数のポリシリコン塊または個々のポリシリコン塊である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部分が重量測定法でまたは場合により分割のための上流計量チャネルを有するカメラシステムにより計量される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ポリシリコン塊のかさ密度が知られている場合には、前記部分が容量分析で計量される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記部分がポリシリコン塊の連続運搬流から取り出され、その運搬流が計量または分類ユニットからの結果により制御される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも4つの部分のポリシリコン塊がまず第1のプラスチックバッグに充填され、第1のプラスチックバッグは次いで閉じられ、ポリシリコン塊を収容した第1のプラスチックバッグが続いて第2のプラスチックバッグに導入され、後者が同様に閉じられる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも4つの部分のポリシリコン塊がまず第1のプラスチックバッグに充填され、第1のプラスチックバッグが第2のプラスチックバッグに挿入されており、続いてこれら2つのプラスチックバッグが閉じられる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プラスチックバッグが溶着、結合、またはぴったり合わすことによって閉じられる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
