Abstract
【解決手段】ハイドロスタティック式の駆動システムであって、少なくとも1つの消費機に圧力媒体を供給する、圧送体積調節可能なポンプが設けられていて、該ポンプの圧送体積調節装置が設定信号を用いて圧送体積増大の方向に制御されていて、かつポンプの過剰に圧送された体積流を検出する液圧式の戻し信号に関連して、圧送体積減少の方向に制御されており、戻し信号を得るために、戻し信号発生位置において液圧式の戻し信号を生ぜしめる循環圧力補償器が設けられている形式のものにおいて、液圧式の戻し信号を導く戻し信号管路32に、圧力制限装置50が配設されていて、かつ/又は液圧式の戻し信号のための遮断装置70が設けられている。

Claims (8)
- ハイドロスタティック式の駆動システムであって、少なくとも1つの消費機に圧力媒体を供給する、圧送体積調節可能なポンプが設けられていて、該ポンプの圧送体積調節装置が設定信号を用いて圧送体積増大の方向に制御されていて、かつポンプの過剰に圧送された体積流を検出する液圧式の戻し信号に関連して、圧送体積減少の方向に制御されており、戻し信号を得るために、戻し信号発生位置において液圧式の戻し信号を生ぜしめる循環圧力補償器が設けられている形式のものにおいて、液圧式の戻し信号を導く戻し信号管路(32)に、圧力制限装置(50)が配設されていて、かつ/又は液圧式の戻し信号のための遮断装置(70)が設けられていることを特徴とする、ハイドロスタティック式の駆動システム。
- 遮断装置(70)は、液圧式の戻し信号を導く戻し信号管路(32)に配置された遮断弁(71)によって形成されている、請求項1記載のハイドロスタティック式の駆動システム。
- 遮断弁(71)は、圧送体積調節装置(10)に通じる戻し信号管路(32)が開放される接続位置(71a)と、戻し信号管路(32)が遮断される遮断位置(71b)とを有している、請求項2記載のハイドロスタティック式の駆動システム。
- 遮断弁(71)の遮断位置(71b)において、戻し信号管路(32)の、圧送体積調節装置(10)に通じる分岐部が、容器(5)に放圧されている、請求項3記載のハイドロスタティック式の駆動システム。
- 遮断弁(71)は操作装置(75)、特に切換え磁石を用いて、接続位置(71a)と遮断位置(71b)との間において操作可能である、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載のハイドロスタティック式の駆動システム。
- 戻し信号管路(32)は堰き止めノズル(60)を用いて容器(5)に放圧されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のハイドロスタティック式の駆動システム。
- ポンプ(2)は、信号管路における設定信号を用いて、所定の圧送体積、特に最大圧送体積に、予め調節されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のハイドロスタティック式の駆動システム。
- 設定信号は、設定弁(28)を用いて、特に電気式に調節可能な信号を用いて、調節可能である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のハイドロスタティック式の駆動システム。
