Abstract
【解決手段】製鋼ラインのための誘導加熱装置で、加熱コイル3及び加熱コイル3に近接する近接部6aと加熱コイル3から遠ざかる遠隔部6bとを有するシールド銅管6と、加熱コイルの上下面に配置された位置・個数可変のコの字型鉄心5とを有することで、加熱に寄与する被加熱材の鎖交磁束量を幅方向で調節することにより被加熱材幅方向の温度を制御する。

Description
以下、本発明に係る第1の実施の形態のソレノイド型誘導加熱装置を図1〜図4に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図5は、本発明における第2の実施の形態に係る鉄鋼用ソレノイド型誘導加熱装置を示す斜視図である。第2の実施の形態は、シールド銅管6Aは、被加熱材1の幅方向端部に遠隔部6dが形成され、被加熱材1の幅方向中央部に近接部6cが形成されている。また、コの字型鉄心5Aを加熱コイル3の両端部の上下面に配置している。

Claims (4)
- 導電部材が巻回され且つ入口側から出口側に被加熱材が挿通される加熱コイルと、
前記加熱コイルの入口側及び出口側に設置されたシールド銅管と、
前記加熱コイルの上下面に設置されたコの字型鉄心とを備え、
前記シールド銅管は、前記被加熱材の幅方向に対して、前記加熱コイルに近接する近接部と前記加熱コイルから遠ざかる遠隔部とが形成されてなることを特徴とする誘導加熱装置。 - 前記コの字型鉄心は、前記加熱コイルの上下面で且つ前記被加熱材の温度を上昇させたい箇所に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記シールド銅管は、前記被加熱材の幅方向端部に前記近接部が形成され、前記被加熱材の幅方向中央部に前記遠隔部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記シールド銅管は、前記被加熱材の幅方向端部に前記遠隔部が形成され、前記被加熱材の幅方向中央部に前記近接部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の誘導加熱装置。
