Abstract
【解決手段】特には航空機用の中空繊維強化構造部材を製造するための方法であって、環状の第一ブレイディング層2を設けるステップと、たて繊維及びよこ繊維を有する少なくとも1つの織物層を備える平らな補強体を第一ブレイディング層上に位置付けるステップと、第一ブレイディング層2及び補強体の周りに第二ブレイディング層3を設けるステップと、第一ブレイディング層2、補強体、及び第二ブレイディング層3の組合せを型内に位置付けるステップと、組合せに樹脂を含浸させるステップと、樹脂が含浸された組合せを型から取り出すステップと、を備える方法。

Claims (5)
- 中空繊維強化構造部材を製造するための方法であって、
マンドレル(1)を供給するステップと、
前記マンドレルの周りにブレイディング繊維(8)を巻き付けて形成された第一ブレイディング層(2)を設けるステップと、
たて繊維及びよこ繊維を有する少なくとも1つの織物層を備える平らな補強体(10)を、前記マンドレル上の位置において前記第一ブレイディング層の表面の一部だけに対して位置付けるステップと、
前記第一ブレイディング層及び前記補強体の周りにブレイディング繊維(8)を巻き付けて形成された第二ブレイディング層(3)を設けるステップと、
前記第一ブレイディング層、前記補強体及び前記第二ブレイディング層の組合せ、並びに前記マンドレルからなる全体を、該全体を完全に囲う型内に位置付けるステップと、
高圧高温で前記型内にある前記第一ブレイディング層、前記補強体及び前記第二ブレイディング層に樹脂を注入することによって、前記組合せに前記樹脂を含浸させるステップと、
前記樹脂が含浸された前記組合せを前記型から取り出すステップと、を備える方法。 - 前記補強体は、複数の織物層からなる積層体で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂は熱硬化性樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレイディング繊維、前記たて繊維及び前記よこ繊維のうちの少なくとも1つは、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、あるいはポリアミド繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造された中空繊維強化構造部材であって、
マンドレルの周りにブレイディング繊維を巻き付けて形成された第一ブレイディング層と、
たて繊維及びよこ繊維を有する少なくとも1つの織物層を備え、前記第一ブレイディング層の表面の一部だけに接触させて位置付けられた平らな補強体と、
前記第一ブレイディング層及び前記補強体の周りにブレイディング繊維を巻き付けて形成された第二ブレイディング層と、
を備えており、
前記第一ブレイディング層、前記補強体及び前記第二ブレイディング層の組合せに樹脂が含浸されている、中空繊維強化構造部材。
