Abstract
【解決手段】2つの挟着部材10を、挟着片13を対向させて相互に連結し、脚片12を緊締して、挟着片13を相互に近接させ、波形屋根Yの頂部Y1aより突出したボルト体Bに挟着、固定するようにした屋根上取付具Aであって、挟着部材10のそれぞれは、ガイド突片10aと、ガイド突片10aを貫挿可能な寸法とした貫挿開口部10bとを一体に備えた構造とされ、これらの挟着部材10のガイド突片10aと貫挿開口部10bをそれぞれ雌雄結合させて2つの挟着部材10を連結する構造となっており、挟着片13は、ボルト体Bの雄ネジ部B1に係止する係止部(ボルト係止溝部13b)と、締付用突出片14とを備えてなり、締付体15をさらに備え、締付体15で、重合した締付用突出片14、14を挟持締め付けする構造となっている。

Claims (6)
- 挟着片を下端内方に向けて折曲形成させた脚片と、該脚片を下方に延設させた台座部とを含んで形成された挟着部材2つを、上記挟着片を対向させて相互に連結し、上記脚片を緊締して、上記挟着片を相互に近接させ、波形屋根の頂部より突出したボルト体に挟着、固定するようにした屋根上取付具であって、
上記2つの挟着部材のそれぞれは、ガイド突片と、該ガイド突片を貫挿可能な寸法とした貫挿開口部とを一体に備えた構造とされ、これら2つの挟着部材のガイド突片と貫挿開口部をそれぞれ雌雄結合させて2つの挟着部材を連結する構造となっており、
上記挟着片は、上記ボルト体の雄ネジ部に係止する係止部と、締付用突出片とを備えてなり、
締付体をさらに備え、該締付体で、重合した上記締付用突出片を挟持締め付けする構造としたことを特徴とする屋根上取付具。 - 請求項1において、
上記締付用突出片、上記締付体の少なくとも一方は、該締付体のずれ、外れを阻止する外れ止め手段を備えている屋根上取付具。 - 請求項2において、
上記外れ止め手段は、上記締付用突出片の外面に形成された溝部を備えてなり、上記締付体が該溝部に嵌合する構成となっている屋根上取付具。 - 請求項2または3において、
上記外れ止め手段は、上記締付体側に掛止部を備える一方、上記締付用突出片側に上記掛止部が掛止する掛止受部を備えた構成になっている屋根上取付具。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項において、
上記係止部がボルト係止溝部よりなる屋根上取付具。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項において、
上記係止部が上記ボルト体の雄ネジ部を抱持する係止凹所と、該係止凹所の底部に設けた係止突片とより構成されている屋根上取付具。
