Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る抗菌性組成物では、グリシンの水溶液にアルカリを添加して溶解させた混合溶液を30〜90℃の一定温度で撹拌しながら2〜3時間保持した後、同混合溶液に銀塩を添加して撹拌することにより生成したグリシン銀多核配位錯体を含有することとした。また、アルカリは、水酸化カリウムおよび/又は水酸化ナトリウムの水溶液であり、前記混合溶液のpHは、8.0〜12.0であることや、銀塩は、硝酸銀、炭酸銀、酸化銀、アンモニア性硝酸銀、硫酸銀より選択されるいずれか一種又は二種以上の混合物であることにも特徴を有する。

Description
即ち、 (6) > (5) > (3) ≧ (1) > (2) > (4)
結晶グリシン76グラム及び苛性カリ33グラムを、温度50±5℃、電気比抵抗が1μS以上の純水600ミリリットルに溶解する。均一透明な溶液が得られた後、温度を80±3℃に上昇し、同温度を保持しながら2時間撹拌を行う。尚、撹拌中は反応容器内に外部から炭酸ガスが浸入しないようソーダ石灰等炭酸ガス吸収剤を充填したトラップを設ける。以上によりグリシン多核配位受容体水溶液を得る(以下A液と呼ぶ)。
結晶グリシン76グラム及び苛性ソーダ21グラムを、温度70±5℃、電気比抵抗が1μS以上の純水600ミリリットルに溶解する。均一透明な溶液が得られた後、温度を80±2℃に上昇し、同温度を保持しながら3時間撹拌を行う。尚、撹拌中は反応容器内に外部から炭酸ガスが浸入しないようソーダ石灰等炭酸ガス吸収剤を充填したトラップを設ける。以上によりグリシン多核配位受容体水溶液を得る(以下これをB液と呼ぶ)。
次に、前述の実施例1にて調製した抗菌性組成物(以下、組成物1という。)及び実施例2にて調製した抗菌性組成物(以下、組成物2という。)について、抗菌性試験を行った。
Claims (3)
- グリシンの水溶液にアルカリを添加して溶解させた混合溶液を30〜90℃の一定温度で撹拌しながら2〜3時間保持した後、同混合溶液に銀塩を添加して撹拌することにより生成したグリシン銀多核配位錯体を含有する抗菌性組成物。
- 前記アルカリは、水酸化カリウムおよび/又は水酸化ナトリウムの水溶液であり、前記混合溶液のpHは、8.0〜12.0であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗菌性組成物。
- 前記銀塩は、硝酸銀、炭酸銀、酸化銀、アンモニア性硝酸銀、硫酸銀より選択されるいずれか一種又は二種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の抗菌性組成物。
