Description
例１で作製したフィルタフェルトはいずれも、バッグフィルタへと作製することができる。バッグフィルタは、閉鎖端部、開口端部および管状部分を有することができる。フィルタフェルトは、縁を重ねた円筒へと作製することができる。縁は、それらをステッチして、図１に示すようなシーム６を形成することにより取り付けることができ、フィルタバッグの管状部分を形成する。追加のフィルタフェルトを、ステッチすることにより管状部分の端部に取り付けると、バッグの閉鎖端部を形成することができる。必要なら、スプリング式スチール金属止め環をバッグの開口端部に取り付けることができる。
以下、本発明の態様を示す。
１．管状部分と閉鎖端部と開口端部とを有するバッグフィルタであって、前記管状部分が、織スクリムにニードルパンチされた、
ａ）５０〜７０重量パーセントのメタ−アラミドステープル繊維と、
ｂ）３０〜５０重量パーセントのパラ−アラミドステープル繊維と
からなる繊維の均質ブレンドのバットから実質的になるフィルタフェルトを含み、
前記フィルタフェルトが、１平方ヤード当たり１０〜１９オンス（１平方メートル当たり３４０〜６５０グラム）の総坪量を有する、バッグフィルタ。
２．前記繊維のブレンドが、
ａ）５０〜６７重量パーセントのメタ−アラミドステープル繊維と、
ｂ）３３〜５０重量パーセントのパラ−アラミドステープル繊維と
からなる上記１に記載のバッグフィルタ。
３．前記繊維のブレンドが、
ａ）５５〜６７重量パーセントのメタ−アラミドステープル繊維と、
ｂ）３３〜４５重量パーセントのパラ−アラミドステープル繊維と
からなる上記２に記載のバッグフィルタ。
４．前記フェルトを通る粒子の漏れにより測定される、ＶＤＩ３９２６によるろ過効率が、乾燥基準での空気の立方メートル当たり０．０２〜０．３５ミリグラムである上記１に記載のバッグフィルタ。
５．前記フェルトを通る平均排出粒子濃度の全質量により測定される、ＶＤＩ３９２６によるろ過効率が、乾燥基準での空気の立方メートル当たり０．５〜０．３ミリグラムである上記１に記載のバッグフィルタ。
６．１平方インチ当たり２６７５〜４４５０の全貫通数（１平方センチメートル当たり４１４〜６９０の全貫通数）を有する上記１に記載のバッグフィルタ。
７．前記織スクリムが、アラミド繊維、ポリ（フェニレンスルフィド）繊維、ポリ（スルホンアミド）繊維、フルオロポリマー繊維、ポリイミド繊維およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される繊維を含む上記１に記載のバッグフィルタ。
８．前記アラミド繊維が、ポリ（メタフェニレンイソフタルアミド繊維）である上記７に記載のバッグフィルタ。
以下、本発明の態様を示す。
１．管状部分と閉鎖端部と開口端部とを有するバッグフィルタであって、前記管状部分が、織スクリムにニードルパンチされた、
ａ）５０〜７０重量パーセントのメタ−アラミドステープル繊維と、
ｂ）３０〜５０重量パーセントのパラ−アラミドステープル繊維と
からなる繊維の均質ブレンドのバットから実質的になるフィルタフェルトを含み、
前記フィルタフェルトが、１平方ヤード当たり１０〜１９オンス（１平方メートル当たり３４０〜６５０グラム）の総坪量を有する、バッグフィルタ。
２．前記繊維のブレンドが、
ａ）５０〜６７重量パーセントのメタ−アラミドステープル繊維と、
ｂ）３３〜５０重量パーセントのパラ−アラミドステープル繊維と
からなる上記１に記載のバッグフィルタ。
３．前記繊維のブレンドが、
ａ）５５〜６７重量パーセントのメタ−アラミドステープル繊維と、
ｂ）３３〜４５重量パーセントのパラ−アラミドステープル繊維と
からなる上記２に記載のバッグフィルタ。
４．前記フェルトを通る粒子の漏れにより測定される、ＶＤＩ３９２６によるろ過効率が、乾燥基準での空気の立方メートル当たり０．０２〜０．３５ミリグラムである上記１に記載のバッグフィルタ。
５．前記フェルトを通る平均排出粒子濃度の全質量により測定される、ＶＤＩ３９２６によるろ過効率が、乾燥基準での空気の立方メートル当たり０．５〜０．３ミリグラムである上記１に記載のバッグフィルタ。
６．１平方インチ当たり２６７５〜４４５０の全貫通数（１平方センチメートル当たり４１４〜６９０の全貫通数）を有する上記１に記載のバッグフィルタ。
７．前記織スクリムが、アラミド繊維、ポリ（フェニレンスルフィド）繊維、ポリ（スルホンアミド）繊維、フルオロポリマー繊維、ポリイミド繊維およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される繊維を含む上記１に記載のバッグフィルタ。
８．前記アラミド繊維が、ポリ（メタフェニレンイソフタルアミド繊維）である上記７に記載のバッグフィルタ。
Claims (1)
- 管状部分と閉鎖端部と開口端部とを有するバッグフィルタであって、前記管状部分が、織スクリムにニードルパンチされた、
ａ）５０〜７０重量パーセントのメタ−アラミドステープル繊維と、
ｂ）３０〜５０重量パーセントのパラ−アラミドステープル繊維と
からなる繊維の均質ブレンドのバットから実質的になるフィルタフェルトを含み、
前記フィルタフェルトが、１平方ヤード当たり１０〜１９オンス（１平方メートル当たり３４０〜６５０グラム）の総坪量を有する、バッグフィルタ。
