Abstract

本发明提供了一种烛式过滤器用滤布及其制备方法,其经纱和纬纱采用不加捻的对位芳纶长丝和/或对位芳纶捻线和/或对位芳纶纱线,并通过经纱整经、机织、热定型而成。本发明的优点在具有高强度、耐高温、使用寿命长、可洗涤干燥,反复使用等优点。

一种烛式过滤器用滤布及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及物料固液分离技术领域,具体涉及一种烛式过滤器用滤布及其制备方法。
背景技术
对位芳纶是高性能纤维的典型代表,其比强度是钢丝的5~6倍,比模量为钢丝或玻纤的2~3倍,韧性是钢丝的2倍,而重量仅为钢丝的1/5左右,可在-196℃至204℃范围内可长期运行并可承受反复的250℃瞬间的波动温度,在500℃的高温下不分解,同时具有尺寸稳定性能,在250℃的温度下只有小于1%的热收缩率,具有极佳的高温稳定性;良好的耐化学性能,在低浓度的酸碱和大多数碳氢化合物对它不会造成影响,即使少量的氟化物也不会明显地腐蚀它,便于采用各种方式进行清洗。此外对位芳纶高度结晶取向,纤维表面光滑,因此在后续的滤布清洗过程中也还会被容易顺利地清洗干净并重复使用。此外,相较于碳纤维、玻璃纤维,玄武岩纤维等高性能纤维,对位芳纶为韧性有机纤维,其更柔软,可反复清洗,而碳纤维、玻璃纤维及玄武岩纤维作为脆性无机纤维,在使用过程中,极易在滤袋往返膨胀及清洗过程中造成纤维脆性断裂,导致性能损失,影响产品的使用性能及使用寿命。此外,相对碳纤等高性能纤维,对位芳纶纤维品种众多,仅原丝复丝就可分为不同型号,如1000D/500f,1000D/667f,1000D/1000f,1500D/1000f等,其单纤维纤度为在1D~4D。对位芳纶除了原色(亮黄色)纤维,烟台泰和新材料股份有限公司自主研发通过原液着色工艺制备出黑色、红色、军绿色、蓝色等色丝,目前国内尚未发现将对位芳纶纤维应用于烛式过滤器用滤布的先例。
烛式过滤器是通过滤袋上形成的“滤饼层”过滤达到理想的过滤效果。当“滤饼层”超过一定厚度时,过滤效率变差,需清除并构建新的“滤饼层”,开始新一轮的过滤周期。在清除“滤饼层”过程中要进行反复的吹入压缩空气及排气过程,从而使滤袋往返的膨胀、回缩达到清除滤袋表面滤饼的目的,因此对滤布的透气性及强度有一定要求。当前过滤用纤维主要有棉、毛、金属纤维、玻璃纤维及涤纶、维纶、丙纶等,这些纤维的耐热性、耐化学品性、强伸度等有很大差异。传统纤维滤布极易在频繁的过滤作业过程中使得过滤布孔隙变小、滤布堵塞、过滤效率降低、过滤布更换周期变短、滤布使用寿命减少、过滤布不易清洗、致使过滤生产效率下降和生产成本上升,已不能满足当前食品、医药及化工行业的过滤需求。
专利CN 103007629 A一种单丝机织网为基布的耐高温无纺过滤布及制造方法采用取由基布层和过滤层组成,选取100%的玄武岩短纤维制备无纺布锦纶6 单丝纤维作为机织网,该制造方法虽然解决了传统单一机织过滤布过滤效率不高、容易变形、强度不够、易于破损的难题,但是该种方式大大增加了织造成本及工艺难度,同时其承压强度仍远不及芳纶过滤布。
专利CN 104452026 A一种采用包覆纱的机织工业滤布及其制备和应用中过滤布采用经纱为2根Φ0.15单丝与1 根1000D 复丝捻合;纬纱为3 根Φ0.25 单丝与1300D复丝组成的包覆纱制备,外层复丝紧密包缠,保证了织物尺寸稳定好,强力高。包覆纱的外层选用复丝,极大提高了织物的过滤精度。但是由于包覆纱由芯纱及外层纱二部分组成,其生产过程主要是将外层纱线不断的旋转并缠绕在被匀速牵伸的芯纱而形成,芯纱和外层纱之间的间隙会在过滤过程中吸附较细的过滤粒子而造成堵塞,使过滤设备无法正常运转。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种烛式过滤器用滤布及其制备方法,以解决传统过滤布过滤效果差,使用寿命短,更换频率高等问题。
一种烛式过滤器用滤布,其经纱和纬纱采用不加捻的对位芳纶长丝和/或对位芳纶捻线和/或对位芳纶纱线。
进一步地,其经纱采用对位芳纶捻线,纬纱采用对位芳纶捻线和对位芳纶纱线1:1交替。
进一步地,其经纱采用对位芳纶捻线和不加捻的对位芳纶长丝1:1交替,纬纱采用对位芳纶捻线和对位芳纶纱线1:1交替。
进一步地,根据原材料及过滤需求,其经纱和纬纱的密度80根/10cm~250根/10cm。
进一步地,经纬纱可在所需位置添加一根或两根包含黑色、红色或军绿色等色丝,其他经纱和纬纱均为原色丝。
进一步地,所述对位芳纶长丝和对位芳纶捻线1-4D单丝的纤度为600-3000D,强度≥20.5cN/dtex;对位芳纶捻线的捻度为40±10捻/米~60±10捻/米;对位芳纶纱线纤度8-40S,强度≥5cN/dtex。
进一步地,该滤布的克重300-500g/m2,厚度0.4mm-1mm,经向拉伸强度>10000N/50mm、纬向拉伸强度>5000N/50mm。
这种烛式过滤器用滤布的生产方法,依次包括如下步骤:
(1) 选择和制备经纱、纬纱;
(2) 将经纱在分条整经机上制成两个经轴,天轴和地轴;
(3) 将制成的经轴在剑杆织机上上机、穿筘、穿综,将纬纱通过箭杆交接引入梭口,通过打纬装置将纬纱打入,穿过综丝的经纱被综框分离出不同的开口,按照二上二下斜纹作组织进行织造,形成对位芳纶机织物,幅宽800±10mm~1600±10mm;
(4) 将机织物进行热定型,定型温度250℃,定型速度3-10 米/分,即成烛式过滤器用滤布。
进一步地,在步骤(4)之后还包括:
(5) 滤布单面涂覆PTFE过滤膜。
本发明这种以对位芳纶为原料的滤布既能够承担过滤功能,又能够保证强度,同时还具有优良的耐高温性能,在-200℃~200℃的环境下仍可连续正常工作;而对位芳纶纱线及捻线构成的对位芳纶机织布具有高于常规机织布的断裂强度和尺寸稳定性。特别适用于食品、医药等行业高温工况条件的过滤作业中。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过单纤维及复丝参数的调整,即可控制改变孔隙及过滤效率;对位芳纶还可加捻制备成捻线,在保证断裂强度的条件下,提高断裂伸长率,同时对位芳纶还可经过卷曲切断制成对位芳纶短纤,短纤经纺纱制成纱线,纱线毛羽高,能有效捕捉固体颗粒,控制过滤效率;可通过调整滤布中经纬纱颜色,确保机织布剪裁缝制。
具体实施方式
实施例1
其生产步骤为:
①原料准备,选择和准备原料,经向采用1000D/667f对位芳纶捻线,纬向采用1000D/667f对位芳纶捻线和12S纱线1:1交替作为纬纱进行织造,捻线捻度为50±10捻/米,其中捻线主要是保证强度,纱线主要利用其毛羽提高其过滤效率。
②为了满足织造张力,该发明只能用分条整经机进行整经,将所有的经纱根数分成数条,为保证经纱张力,织造经向密度145根/10cm,这样每条经纱可以提供更大的张力。由于该织物为2/2斜纹织物,尺寸稳定性差,会导致缝纫时尺寸不稳定,导致滤袋粗细不一致,后期生产中在整经过程根据滤布尺寸,在经纱两侧余4cm位置引入1000D/667f黑色对位芳纶捻线,标识过滤布缝纫位置,这样在后期缝制过程中保证了滤布整体尺寸具有整体稳定性。
③然后用剑杆织机织造,纬向密度145根/10cm,以二上二下斜纹组织织造,幅宽850±10mm,厚度0.70±0.05mm。
④烘干、热定型,定型温度250℃,定型速度 4-5 米/分。
采用烟台泰普龙先进制造技术有限公司企业标准 Q/0601 TPL001-2016 对位芳纶机织布进行检测,结果如下:

实施例 2
其生产步骤为:
①原料准备,选择和准备原料,经向采用1332D/667f对位芳纶原丝和1332D/667f对位芳纶捻线1:1交替,捻线捻度为45±10捻/米,其中对位芳纶原丝和捻线交替作为经纱;纬向采用1332D/667f对位芳纶捻线及20S纱线1:1交替作为纬纱进行织造,捻线捻度为45±10捻/米,其中捻线主要是保证强度,纱线主要利用其毛羽提高其过滤效率。
②同样采用分条整经机进行整经,保证经纱张力,织造经向密度200 根/10cm,为保证尺寸稳定性和滤布缝制后均匀性,在整经中根据过滤布尺寸,在经纱两侧余4cm位置引入1000D/667f红色对位芳纶捻线,标识过滤布缝纫位置,同时可根据过滤布长度,在纬向适当位置引入1000D/667f黑色对位芳纶长丝,标识过滤布长度裁剪位置,保证后期批量过滤布的尺寸稳定性,
③采用剑杆织机织造,纬向密度150根/10cm,以二上二下斜纹作组织制织,幅宽1000±10mm,厚度0.80±0.05mm。
④烘干、热定型,定型温度250℃,定型速度 4-5 米/分。
⑤单面涂覆PTFE过滤膜。
采用烟台泰普龙先进制造技术有限公司企业标准 Q/0601 TPL001-2016 对位芳纶机织布进行检测,结果如下:

1.一种烛式过滤器用滤布,其特征在于:其经纱和纬纱采用不加捻的对位芳纶长丝和/或对位芳纶捻线和/或对位芳纶纱线;其经纱和纬纱的密度80根/10cm~250根/10cm;所述对位芳纶长丝和对位芳纶捻线1-4D单丝的纤度为600-3000D,强度≥20.5cN/dtex;对位芳纶捻线的捻度为40±10捻/米~50±10捻/米;对位芳纶纱线纤度8-40S,强度≥5cN/dtex。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烛式过滤器用滤布,其特征在于:其经纱采用对位芳纶捻线,纬纱采用对位芳纶捻线和对位芳纶纱线1:1交替。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种烛式过滤器用滤布,其特征在于:其经纱采用对位芳纶捻线和不加捻的对位芳纶长丝1:1交替,纬纱采用对位芳纶捻线和对位芳纶纱线1:1交替。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种烛式过滤器用滤布,其特征在于:经纬纱在所需位置添加一根或两根包含黑色、红色或军绿色色丝,其他经纱和纬纱均为原色丝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种烛式过滤器用滤布,其特征在于:该滤布的克重300-500g/m2,厚度0.4mm-1mm,经向拉伸强度>10000N/50mm、纬向拉伸强度>5000N/50mm。
6.权利要求1-5任一所述的一种烛式过滤器用滤布的生产方法,其特征在于依次包括如下步骤:
(1) 选择和制备经纱、纬纱;
(2) 将经纱在分条整经机上制成两个经轴,天轴和地轴;
(3) 将制成的经轴在剑杆织机上上机、穿筘、穿综,将纬纱通过箭杆交接引入梭口,通过打纬装置将纬纱打入,穿过综丝的经纱被综框分离出不同的开口,按照二上二下斜纹作组织进行织造,形成对位芳纶机织物,幅宽800±10mm~1600±10mm;
(4) 将机织物进行热定型,定型温度250℃,定型速度3-10 米/分,即成烛式过滤器用滤布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种烛式过滤器用滤布的生产方法,其特征在于在步骤(4)之后还包括:
