Description
[0001]本出願は、2008年7月14日出願の「MOTOR APPLICATIONS(モータ応用例)」と題する米国仮出願番号第61/080,658号の優先権およびその利益を主張するものであり、本明細書に参照として組み込まれる。
Claims (20)
- 蒸気圧縮システム内の圧縮機に動力を供給するモータ用の冷却システムであって、
筺体および前記筺体内部の空洞と、
冷媒を前記空洞内に受けるための第1の接合部、および前記空洞から、熱生成構成要素と熱伝達関係をもつために熱交換器まで冷媒を送給するための第2の接合部を有する第1の流体回路と
を備える、冷却システム。 - 前記空洞が、モータシャフトを半径方向で支持するための電磁気軸受を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧縮機が多段式圧縮機である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記空洞内に長手方向に延在する配管を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記配管がモータ固定子の少なくとも1つの突出極に極めて近接して配置される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱生成構成要素が前記蒸気圧縮システムの作動に関連付けられている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱生成構成要素が可変速度駆動構成要素である、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱生成構成要素に前記熱伝達関係で提供される前記冷媒が、前記空洞との前記第1の接合部の上流に配置される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記モータ筺体が、前記空洞内に形成された複数の溝を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の溝が螺旋状に配置される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の溝内に配置された配管を備える、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 凝縮器と前記第1の接合部との間に流体連絡する制御装置を備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記凝縮器と流体連絡する前記空洞から冷媒を前記空洞内に送給するための第3の接合部、および前記空洞から環状回路と流体連絡する第4の接合部を有する第2の流体回路を備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の流体回路が前記モータに液体冷媒を提供する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の流体回路が蒸気冷媒を前記モータに提供する、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の流体回路および前記第2の流体回路が互いに独立している、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の流体回路が液体冷媒を前記モータに提供し、前記第2の流体回路が蒸気冷媒を前記モータに提供する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の流体回路が、前記凝縮器と前記第1の接合部との間で流体連絡しかつ前記凝縮器と前記第1の接合部との間に配置された制御装置を含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の流体回路が、前記凝縮器と前記第1の接合部との間で流体連絡しかつ前記凝縮器と前記第1の接合部との間に配置されたポンプを含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 蒸気圧縮システム内の圧縮機に動力を供給するモータ用の冷却システムであって、
筺体および前記筺体内部の空洞であり、筺体が、空洞内に形成された複数の溝を有する、筺体および空洞と、
冷媒を前記空洞内に受けるための第1の接合部、および前記空洞から、前記蒸気圧縮システムの作動に関連付けられる熱生成構成要素と熱伝達関係をもつために熱交換器まで冷媒を送給するための第2の接合部を有する第1の流体回路と
を備える、冷却システム。
