Claims (6)
- 統合エゼクタ弁アセンブリであって、

前記第2の弁アセンブリを閉じるように構成された第2の駆動室と、
前記第2の弁アセンブリを開くように構成された第3の駆動室と、
前記比較的圧力がより低い流体の流れの増加を容易にするために、前記比較的圧力がより高い流体の流れを使用するように構成されたエゼクタと、
を備える統合エゼクタ弁アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の弁アセンブリがポペット弁を備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の弁アセンブリがピントル弁を備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の駆動室内の圧力を制御するように構成された複数の通路を備える第1のマニホルドをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の駆動室と前記第3の駆動室の間の差圧を制御するように構成された複数の通路を備える第2のマニホルドをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の弁アセンブリが、前記統合エゼクタ弁アセンブリの出口の圧力を第1の所定の圧力範囲より高い圧力に維持するように構成され、前記第2の弁アセンブリが、前記統合エゼクタ弁アセンブリの前記出口の圧力を第2の所定の圧力範囲より高い圧力に維持するように構成され、前記第1の圧力範囲が前記第2の圧力範囲より高く、また、前記第1および第2の範囲が重畳していない、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
