Claims (15)
- ハイブリッド自動車を駆動するためのモータドライブシステム構成であって、モータドライブシステムは、
第1のモータと、
第2のモータと、
第1のモータと第2のモータとの間に設けられた差動装置であり、ギアを有する差動装置と、
第1のギアと第2のギアとを有する減速ギアであり、第1の減速ギアは差動ギアと噛合状態にある、減速ギアと、
第1のモータに回転可能に連結された第1の端部と、第2のモータに回転可能に連結された第2の端部とを有する回転シャフトであり、回転シャフトの第2の端部は第2の減速ギアと噛合状態にあるギアを含み、回転シャフトは差動装置と90度の角度をもって係合している、回転シャフトと
を備えてなるモータドライブシステム構成。 - 第1のモータ及び第2のモータは高速電気モータである、請求項1のモータドライブシステム構成。
- 第1のモータ及び第2のモータは回転シャフトと直列に設けられる、請求項1のモータドライブシステム構成。
- 回転シャフトのギアは、回転シャフトと同軸で一体である、請求項1のモータドライブシステム構成。
- 第1の減速ギアはピニオンギアである、請求項1のモータドライブシステム構成。
- 第2の減速ギアは回転シャフトと同軸に連結された遊星ギアである、請求項1のモータドライブシステム構成。
- 減速ギアは8:1及び10:1のいずれかの減速比をもつ、請求項1のモータドライブシステム構成。
- ハイブリッド自動車を駆動するためのモータドライブシステム構成であって、モータドライブシステムは、
ギアを有する差動装置を含むトランスミッションと、
トランスミッションに設けられ、第1の端部と第1のモータ出力ギアを有する第2の端部とを有するモータシャフトを含む第1のモータであり、モータシャフトは第1のモータを貫通し、第2の端部がトランスミッション内に存在するようにトランスミッション内まで延在する、第1のモータと、
第1のモータシャフトを貫通し、トランスミッション内まで延在する第1の出力シャフトであり、第1の出力シャフトは第1の端部と差動装置に回転可能に連結された第2の端部とを有する、第1の出力シャフトと、
トランスミッション内まで延在する第2の出力シャフトであり、第2の出力シャフトは第1の端部と差動装置に回転可能に連結された第2の端部とを有する、第2の出力シャフトと、
第1のモータ出力ギアと協働する係合状態にある第1の端部と差動ギアと協働する係合状態にある第2の端部とを有する第1のカウンタシャフトとを備えてなり、
第1のモータは第1及び第2の出力シャフトと直列に設けられているモータドライブシステム構成。 - 第1のモータ及び第2のモータは高速電気モータである、請求項7のモータドライブシステム構成。
- 第1のモータ出力ギアと協働する係合状態である第1の端部と差動ギアと協働する係合状態である第2の端部とを有する第2のカウンタシャフトをさらに備える、請求項7のモータドライブシステム構成。
- トランスミッションに設けられ、第1の端部と第2のモータ出力ギアを有する第2の端部とを有する第2のモータシャフトを含む第2のモータをさらに備え、第2のモータシャフトは第2のモータを貫通し、第2の端部がトランスミッション内に存在するようにトランスミッション内まで延在し、第2の出力シャフトは第2のモータシャフトを貫通し、トンランスミッション内まで延在し、第2の出力シャフトは第1の端部と差動装置に回転可能に連結した第2の端部とを有する、請求項7のモータドライブシステム構成。
- 差動ギアに動作可能に連結した第2のカウンタシャフトと、第1のカウンタシャフトと第2のカウンタシャフトに連結したクラッチとをさらに備え、第1のカウンタシャフトの第2の端部は第2のカウンタシャフトを貫通し、クラッチは第1のカウンタシャフトを第2のカウンタシャフトに選択的に連結したり分断したりする、請求項7のモータドライブシステム構成。
- ハイブリッド自動車を駆動するためのモータドライブシステム構成であって、モータドライブシステムは、
ギアを有する差動装置を含むトランスミッションと、
トランスミッションに設けられ、第1の端部と第1のモータ出力ギアを有する第2の端部とを有するモータシャフトを含む第1のモータであり、モータシャフトは第1のモータを貫通し、第2の端部がトランスミッション内に存在するようにトランスミッション内まで延在する第1のモータと、
トランスミッション内まで延在する第1の出力シャフトであり、第1の出力シャフトは第1のホイールに連結された第1の端部と差動装置に回転可能に連結された第2の端部とを有する第1の出力シャフトと、
トランスミッション内まで延在する第2の出力シャフトであり、第2の出力シャフトは第2のホイールに連結された第1の端部と差動装置に回転可能に連結された第2の端部とを有する第2の出力シャフトと、
第1のモータ出力ギアと差動ギアとを接続する接続部材と
を備えてなるモータドライブシステム構成。 - 接続部材はチェーン及びベルトのいずれかである、請求項13のモータドライブシステム構成。
- 第1のモータ出力ギアはスプロケットである、請求項13のモータドライブシステム構成。
