Abstract
Description
本発明の根底を成す課題は、研磨性かつ浸食性の成分を有する流体のために、流体内に位置する調節駆動装置を備える弁を使用することにある。
公知の弁を起点として、本発明によれば、駆動装置ケーシングの内室が、可動の分離エレメントによって流体から分離されている。これにより、特に調節駆動装置の固定子と可動子との間で、調節装置内に流体が進入することは効果的に阻止される。分離エレメントの移動によって、内室内の容量変化が補償される。このような容量変化は、たとえばスピンドルの移動によって、温度変化によって、または内室と流体との間の動的なシールの漏れによって生じる。用途に応じて媒体耐性の、耐圧式の固定子と、対応する電気的な接続部との使用も、固定子と可動子との間の隔壁を省くことを可能にし、これにより、まさに高圧下での使用のために、調節駆動装置の著しく高められた効率を実現する。

Claims (13)
- 弁(1,32)であって、ケーシング(2,33)が設けられており、該ケーシング(2,33)が、流体のための流入開口(3,34)と、閉鎖エレメント(9,47)と、流体のための流出開口(5,36)とを有しており、閉鎖エレメント(9,47)により流体の流れが制御可能であり、さらに調節装置(8,37)が設けられており、該調節装置(8,37)が、閉鎖エレメント(9,47)の閉鎖横断面を調整するための電気的な調節駆動装置(17,40)を有しており、さらに駆動装置ケーシング(15,38)が設けられており、該駆動装置ケーシング(15,38)に調節駆動装置(17,40)の固定子(16,39)が堅く結合されており、流体の圧力下にある駆動装置ケーシング(15,38)の内室(20,45)内で、調節駆動装置(17,40)の可動な可動子(19,41)が閉鎖エレメント(9,47)に運動伝達可能に連結されており、固定子(16,39)が、内室(20,45)内に配置されている形式のものにおいて、
駆動装置ケーシング(15,38)の内室(20,45)が、可動な分離エレメント(26,48)により流体から分離されていることを特徴とする、弁。 - 閉鎖エレメント(9,47)が、調節駆動装置(17,40)により、駆動装置ケーシング(15,38)内で軸方向に移動可能である、請求項1記載の弁(1,32)。
- 前記流入開口(3)内への流体の流入方向が、前記流出出口(5)からの流体の流出方向に一致しており、閉鎖エレメント(9)が、流入方向および流出方向に対して同軸的に移動可能である、請求項1または2記載の弁(1)。
- 分離エレメント(26,48)が、補償シリンダ(25)内で自由に可動な補償ピストンまたはベローズである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁(1,32)。
- 前記補償シリンダ(25)が、ケーシング(2)の壁内に配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁(1)。
- 前記内室(20,45)が、液体で充填されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁(1,32)。
- 可動子(19,41)が、ロータであり、前記伝動装置が、可動子(19,41)の回転運動を、閉鎖エレメント(9,47)に結合されたスピンドル(21,44)の並進運動に変換する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁(1,32)。
- 液体が、スピンドル(21,44)の並進運動の間に前記伝動装置を貫流する、請求項6および7記載の弁(1,32)。
- 前記伝動装置が、転動体−ねじ山式伝動装置(18)である、請求項7または8記載の弁(1)。
- 電力供給の停止時に、閉鎖エレメント(9)を安全位置に運動させる安全装置が設けられている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の弁(1)。
- 前記安全装置が、電気的なシステムである、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の弁(1)。
- 閉鎖エレメント(9)の位置を報知する位置表示器(30)が設けられている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の弁(1)。
- 調節駆動装置(17,40)が、対腐食性である、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の弁(1,32)。
