Claims (10)
- 受信信号(E)と基準信号(R)とを混合する混合器(12)と、当該混合器を過励振しうる干渉信号(SE)を補正する素子と、を備えたレーダセンサであって、前記干渉信号を補正する素子は、前記混合器(12)の基準入力口(18)に、調整可能な反射点(22)を有することを特徴とする、レーダセンサ。
- 前記調整可能な反射点(22)は、調整可能な迂回線(24)を有する、請求項1に記載のレーダセンサ。
- 前記調整可能な迂回線(24)は、異なる長さの複数の並行した経路を有し、各前記経路は、前記レーダセンサの動作中に開放される遮断点(30)を有する、請求項2に記載のレーダセンサ。
- 前記調整可能な反射点(22)は、調整可能なスタブ線(26)を有し、前記スタブ線(26)は、前記混合器(12)の基準人力口(12)をアースに接続する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のレーダセンサ。
- 前記スタブ線(26)は、異なる長さの複数の経路を有し、各前記経路は、レーダダセンサの動作中に開放される遮断点(30)を有する、請求項4に記載のレーダセンサ。
- 前記遮断点(30)は、レーザヒューズである、請求項4〜6に記載のレーダセンサ。
- 前記混合器(12)は、MMICの構成要素である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のレーダセンサ。
- 前記混合器(12)は、転送混合器である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のレーダセンサ。
- 前記混合器(12)は、能動型混合器である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のレーダセンサ。
- モノスタティック型の、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のレーダセンサ。
