Abstract
Description
本発明によれば、摩耗保護層構造は、比較的高い温度において不活性ガス雰囲気下又は酸化ガス雰囲気下でより高い接着強さを有するように、構成されている。本発明の基本的な考え方は、チタンより成る接着促進剤層に追加的に、耐酸化性の元素のうちの1つの元素を添加するという点にある。このような成分によって、チタンの高い化学反応性が減少されるか、若しくは接着促進剤層の耐酸化性が高められ、それによって、全体的に保護層の接着強さが高められる。
Claims (9)
- 高い圧力及び高い温度にさらされる、特に燃料噴射システムの構成要素(B)のための摩耗保護層構造(20)であって、正方晶系に結合されたアモルファス炭素より形成されているか、又は一部が正方晶系に結合されたアモルファス炭素を有する保護層(21)を有しており、該保護層(21)と前記構成要素(B)との間に、チタンを含有する接着促進剤層(22)を有している形式のものにおいて、
前記接着促進剤層(22)が、チタンの他に追加的に少なくとも1つの耐酸化性の元素を含有していることを特徴とする、摩耗保護層構造(20)。 - 少なくとも1つの耐酸化性の元素が、ニオブ、クロム、バナジウム、ケイ素、ニッケル、プラセオジム、モリブデン又はタンタルの元素グループの元素である、請求項1記載の摩耗保護層構造。
- 少なくとも1つの耐酸化性の元素の割合が、1%〜40%、特に10%〜20%である、請求項1又は2記載の摩耗保護層構造。
- 前記接着促進剤層(22)が、PVD法によって構成要素(B)上に施されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の摩耗保護層構造。
- 前記保護層(21)が、真空PVD法によって接着促進剤層(22)上に施されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の摩耗保護層構造。
- 前記接着促進剤層(22)が、50nm乃至300nmの層厚を有している、請求項4又は5記載の摩耗保護層構造。
- 前記摩耗保護層構造(20)の全厚さが、約1μm乃至10μmの範囲より選択されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の摩耗保護層構造。
- 特に燃料噴射システムの、有利には鋼より成る構成要素において、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の摩耗保護層構造(20)を備えていることを特徴とする、構成要素。
- 前記構成要素(B)が、燃料インジェクタの構成部分、特にノズルニードル、又は燃料高圧ポンプの構成部分である、請求項8記載の構成要素。
