Claims (20)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部の第1ポンプチャンバ内に配設される第1ピストンを有する往復動ピストン式流体ポンプと、
前記ハウジングに組み込まれ、回転入力を生成する一次駆動部と、
前記一次駆動部を前記往復動ピストン式流体ポンプに連結し、前記回転入力を前記第1ピストンへの往復動入力に変換する斜板機構であって、前記回転入力を受け取るランド、及び前記ランドを前記第1のピストンに連結するコネクティングロッドを備える斜板機構と、
前記第1ポンプチャンバに連通する噴霧ノズル部と
を備えることを特徴とする流体供給装置。 - 前記斜板機構は、回転駆動中心軸線に沿って前記ハウジング内に配設され、前記一次駆動部から前記回転入力を受け取るように構成されたシャフトを備え、
前記ランドは、前記回転駆動中心軸線を囲むように前記シャフトの周囲に配設され、前記ランドは、前記回転駆動中心軸線から傾斜した揺動用中心軸線の周囲に配設される円筒面を有し、
前記コネクティングロッドは、前記ランドに装着されて、前記第1ピストンに連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体供給装置。 - 前記斜板機構は、
前記ランドと前記コネクティングロッドとの間に配設される軸受機構と、
前記シャフトの周囲に配設されて前記一次駆動部からの入力を受け取る入力ギヤと
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体供給装置。 - 前記シャフトの第1端部の周囲に配設される第1軸受と、
前記シャフトの第2端部の周囲に配設される第2軸受とを更に備え、
前記入力ギヤは、前記軸受機構と前記第2軸受との間に同一軸線上に配設されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体供給装置。 - 前記軸受機構は、
前記ランドに設置されるインナーレースと、
前記コネクティングロッド内に設置されるアウターレースと、
前記インナーレスと前記アウターレースとの間において転動するように構成された1組の軸受転動要素と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体供給装置。 - 前記軸受機構は、前記ランドと前記コネクティングロッドとの間において転動するように構成された第1組の軸受転動要素及び第2組の軸受転動要素を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体供給装置。
- 前記シャフトは、第1端部及び第2端部を有するピンを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体供給装置。
- 前記シャフトは、ハブをさらに備え、
前記ハブは、
前記ランドを有して前記ピンの前記第2端部に配設される第1端部と、
前記ピンの前記第2端部から軸線方向に延在する第2端部と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の流体供給装置。 - 前記ピンは、前記ハブの前記第1端部及び前記第2端部を貫通して延在することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の流体供給装置。
- 前記ピンと、前記シャフトの前記ハブと、前記ランドとは、同一材料で一体に形成された単一の部材からなることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の流体供給装置。
- 前記軸受機構は、
前記ランドの外面によって形成されるインナーレースと、
前記コネクティングロッドの内面によって形成されるアウターレースと、
前記インナーレースと前記アウターレースとの間において転動するように構成された1組の軸受転動要素と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の流体供給装置。 - 前記シャフトは、ハブをさらに備え、
前記ハブは、
前記ピンの前記第1端部に連結された第1の受け口を有する第1半部と、
前記ピンの前記第2端部に連結された第2の受け口を有する第2半部と
を備え、
前記第1の受け口及び前記第2の受け口が前記揺動用中心軸線に沿って配向されることにより、前記ピンが前記ランドを画定することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の流体供給装置。 - 前記コネクティングロッドは、
前記軸受機構の周囲に同心状に配設されるヨークと、
前記ヨークから延在し、前記第1ピストンに形成された第1受け口部に連結されるボール部と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体供給装置。 - 前記ヨークには切り欠きが設けられ、当該切り欠きの部分において、前記ボール部が前記ヨークから延設されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の流体供給装置。
- 前記往復動ピストン式流体ポンプは、第2ポンプチャンバ内に配設された第2ピストンを備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の流体供給装置。
- 前記ヨークは、前記第2ピストンの後方端部を押圧して、前記第2ピストンを前記第2ポンプチャンバ内に前進させるための前側の面を備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の流体供給装置。
- 前記コネクティングロッドは、前記ヨークから延在して前記第2ピストンの第2受け口部に連結される第2ボール部を備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の流体供給装置。
- 前記第1ピストン及び前記第2ピストンは、互いに位相のずれた状態で往復動するように、前記コネクティングロッドに係合することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の流体供給装置。
- 前記回転駆動中心軸線、前記駆動部の中心軸線、及び前記第1ピストンの中心軸線は、同一平面上に位置すると共に互いに平行であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体供給装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、可搬式手持ち式ユニットを備え、
前記可搬式手持ち式ユニットは、
ピストル型のグリップハンドルと、
液体供給源の液体を受け取り前記ポンプチャンバの入口に接続するための流入口を有する容器用の蓋と、
前記噴霧ノズル部を介して前記ポンプチャンバの流出口に接続される出口を有した噴霧ノズルポートと
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体供給装置。
