流体喷涂系统通常用于各种各样的应用,从工业组件到家用喷漆。手持式喷涂器能够由人类操作者使用,而自动化的喷涂器典型地用于机械化制造过程。流体喷涂系统内的压力在正常操作期间波动。在实际中,峰值操作压力限定了喷涂系统的最小结构要求,因为这些系统内的流体量必须在全部的压力条件下操作。出于此原因,常规的高压能用的喷涂系统是通常由金属制成的刚性的、沉重的外壳。
发明概述

发明详述
本发明涉及一种流体喷涂器,诸如手持式涂料喷涂系统。该喷涂器具有主要由柔性塑料形成的外壳限定的内部容积。这些柔性外壳响应于在喷涂器操作期间发生的高压而膨胀,从而减小喷涂器内的压力且允许喷涂器在峰值压力下操作,而无需沉重的刚性外壳。

主泵外壳100限定了主泵室101,该主泵室101容纳泵36的活塞(见图1)以迫使流体从源14进入主泵室102,并且将流体从喷嘴梢22的出口孔24推出。填装阀组件28能够通过移除填装销132而打开,从而将流体从源14向上抽入主泵室101中并且允许流体通过出口孔24的正常泵送开始。出口止回阀组件102和填装阀组件28是响应于喷涂器10内高的内部流体压力而打开的压力致动止回阀组件。填装阀组件28仅在填装销132与填装阀杆124分离时才打开。出口止回阀组件102防止流体通过喷嘴梢22的出口孔24泄漏或滴下。为此目的,出口止回阀组件102的出口止回阀密封元件110安置成靠近喷嘴梢22,从而使得出口孔24与出口止回阀密封元件110之间的流体容积低。

Claims (14)
1.一种高压能用的流体喷涂器,包括:
活塞泵,其具有布置成泵送流体的活塞,所述活塞将所述流体置于超过360磅每平方英寸的压力下;
喷嘴梢,其具有构造为雾化且喷涂流体的出口孔;以及
主泵外壳,其由柔性聚合物形成,其限定了围绕所述活塞的主泵室并且布置成接收来自流体源的流体,所述主泵外壳具有在所述活塞泵泵送期间暴露于大气压的壁;以及
出口阀组件,其具有出口阀外壳,所述出口阀外壳限定了布置在所述喷嘴梢与所述主泵室之间的出口阀室,所述出口阀外壳由柔性聚合物形成并且具有在所述活塞泵泵送期间,在内暴露于来自受压的活塞泵的流体输出并且在外暴露于大气压的壁,
其中,所述主泵外壳的壁和所述出口阀外壳的壁中的一个或两者因为由所述活塞产生的流体压力而在泵送期间向外膨胀,以减小被泵送的流体的压力尖峰。
2.如权利要求1所述的高压能用的流体喷涂器,其中所述出口阀组件包括阀球和阀座,所述阀球和阀座安置成距所述主泵外壳的距离是距所述喷嘴梢距离的至少三倍远。
3.如权利要求1所述的高压能用的流体喷涂器,其中所述主泵室和所述出口阀室共同包括所述流体喷涂器的流体可进入容积的大部分。
4.如权利要求1所述的高压能用的流体喷涂器,进一步包括填装阀组件,所述填装阀组件与所述主泵室流体连接且能操作以填装所述流体喷涂器,所述填装阀组件具有限定填装阀室的填装阀外壳。
5.如权利要求4所述的高压能用的流体喷涂器,其中所述填装阀外壳的至少一部分由柔性塑料形成。
6.如权利要求1所述的高压能用的流体喷涂器,其中所述主泵外壳和所述出口阀外壳均具有小于1,000,000psi的杨氏模量。
7.如权利要求1所述的高压能用的流体喷涂器,其中所述主泵外壳和所述出口阀外壳能够承受至少1000psi的压力尖峰。
8.如权利要求1所述的高压能用的流体喷涂器,其中所述出口阀外壳和所述主泵外壳中的至少一个由缩醛或尼龙形成。
9.如权利要求3所述的高压能用的流体喷涂器,其中所述主泵外壳的柔性防止流体可进入容积内的峰值内部流体压力超过1800psi。
10.如权利要求3所述的高压能用的流体喷涂器,其中所述主泵外壳的柔性防止流体可进入容积内的平均内部流体压力超过1200psi。
11.如权利要求1所述的高压能用的流体喷涂器,其中所述主泵外壳的所述壁因为由所述活塞产生的所述流体压力而在泵送期间向外膨胀,以减小所述被泵送的流体的压力尖峰。
12.如权利要求1所述的高压能用的流体喷涂器,其中所述出口阀外壳的所述壁因为由所述活塞产生的所述流体压力而在泵送期间向外膨胀,以减小所述被泵送的流体的压力尖峰。
13.如权利要求1所述的高压能用的流体喷涂器,其中所述主泵外壳的壁和所述出口阀外壳的壁二者都因为由所述活塞产生的所述流体压力而在泵送期间向外膨胀,以减小所述被泵送的流体的压力尖峰。
14.一种高压能用的流体喷涂器,包括:
活塞泵,其具有布置成泵送流体的活塞,所述活塞将所述流体置于超过360磅每平方英寸的压力下;
喷嘴梢,其具有构造为雾化且喷涂流体的出口孔;以及
主泵外壳,其限定了围绕所述活塞的主泵室并且布置成接收来自流体源的流体;以及
出口止回阀组件,其具有出口阀外壳,所述出口阀外壳限定了布置在所述喷嘴梢与所述主泵室之间的出口阀室,所述出口阀外壳是管状的并且包含所述止回阀的至少一部分,所述出口阀外壳由柔性聚合物形成并且具有在所述活塞泵泵送期间,在内暴露于来自受压的活塞泵的流体输出并且在外暴露于大气压的壁,
其中,所述出口阀外壳的所述壁因为由所述活塞产生的流体压力而在泵送期间向外膨胀,以减小所述被泵送的流体的压力尖峰。
