Claims (6)
- 液体の微粒化のための装置であって、
少なくとも1つの作業面と、圧電基板上に支持された少なくとも1つの電極(該電極は、楕円EWC(electrode width controlled)型単相一方向性変換器(EWC−SPUDT)である)とを備えた圧電基板、
圧電基板の作業面において弾性表面波(SAW)を発生させるために該電極に超音波信号を適用するための信号発生手段、および
作業面と接触した、その液体を送達するための芯を含む液体送達配置
を含み、作業面に送達された液体がSAW照射によって微粒化される、装置。 - 液体送達配置の芯が少なくとも1つの紙片または紙ひもによって設けられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 液体送達配置が装置に送達される液体を収容するための液体リザーバーをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 液体リザーバーから延長する毛管をさらに含み、前記芯が該毛管から液体を受容する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 核酸組成物の肺送達を用いるための請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- サルブタモールの肺送達に用いるための請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
