Description

を含み、該芯によって作業面に送達された液体がSAW照射によって微粒化される装置を提供する。
Claims (1)
- 液体の微粒化のための装置であって、
少なくとも1つの作業面と、圧電基板上に支持された少なくとも1つの電極(該電極は、楕円EWC(electrode width controlled)型単相一方向性変換器(EWC−SPUDT)である)とを備えた圧電基板、
圧電基板の作業面において弾性表面波(SAW)を発生させるために該電極に超音波信号を適用するための信号発生手段、および
作業面と接触した、その液体を送達するための芯を含む液体送達配置
を含み、作業面に送達された液体がSAW照射によって微粒化される、装置。
