Abstract
Description

上記容器の上記内部空間内へ内側に曲がった床と、
側部チャンネルとを備え、
この側部チャンネルを介して、ホースおよび/またはチャンネルおよび/または計測プローブが、上記反応器につながれうる。
したがって、このことは、カップリングにおける漏れの結果として反応器が完全に排出するのを確実に避ける。したがって、周囲からのラインの付加的な保護は、要求されない。

Claims (15)
- 内部空間を囲む壁と、この壁における通過部および/または接続部とを備え、上記内部空間を外部環境につなぐのを許容する反応器であって、
液体で満たされたとき、上記液体の表面と平行な角断面と、上記内部空間内に曲がった、または曲げられうる床とを有することを特徴とする反応器。 - 請求項1に記載の反応器において、
上記内側に曲がった、または曲げられうる床は、上記反応器の上記内部空間内に突出する縁を有することを特徴とする反応器。 - 請求項1または2に記載の反応器において、
上記内側に曲がった、または曲げられうる床は、多面体、好ましくはピラミッド形の設計であることを特徴とする反応器。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか1つに記載の反応器において、
上記床の円相当直径dに対する上記床の湾曲の高さhの比は、3%から100%までの範囲内、特に好ましくは5%から30%までの範囲内、さらに特に好ましくは10%から20%までの範囲内にあることを特徴とする反応器。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか1つに記載の反応器において、
上記通過部および/または接続部は、好ましくは、上記床縁に近接した上記反応器の側部に設けられていることを特徴とする反応器。 - 請求項1から5までのいずれか1つに記載の反応器において、
上記壁は柔軟で、したがって、上記反応器が変形可能に設計されていることを特徴とする反応器。 - 請求項1から6までのいずれか1つに記載の反応器を収容する容器であって、少なくとも、
上記反応器を収容する内部空間と、
上記容器内へ上記反応器を正面から導入するための開口とを備え、
上記開口は、閉じられうると共に、上記閉状態で液密であるように設計されており、
上記容器の上記内部空間内へ内側に曲がった床と、
側部チャンネルとを備え、
この側部チャンネルを介して、ホースとチャンネルとが、上記反応器につながれうることを特徴とする容器。 - 請求項7に記載の容器において、
上記内側に曲がった床は、多面体であり、好ましくはピラミッド形の設計であることを特徴とする容器。 - 請求項7または8に記載の容器において、
上記側部チャンネルは、2つの間隔をおいた壁の間に延在し、
上記壁は、上記使い捨ての反応器の床部に達し、上記壁は、上記容器内へ上記反応器を正面から導入するために取り外し可能となっていることを特徴とする容器。 - 請求項7から9までのいずれか1つに記載の容器において、
さらに接続板を備え、この接続板は、上記曲がった床部内に横に配置され、上記反応器につながれうるカップリングおよび/またはホースを固定および/またはガイドするのに役立つことを特徴とする容器。 - 請求項10に記載の容器において、
上記接続板は、横に穴があいており、上記容器内の上記使い捨ての反応器を固定するために、上記使い捨ての反応器の上記接続部が横に押されうることを特徴とする容器。 - 請求項7から11までのいずれか1つに記載の容器において、
さらに加熱および/または冷却要素を備え、この要素は、上記容器の壁の中および/または壁の上に取り付けられることを特徴とする容器。 - 請求項1から6までのいずれか1つに記載の反応器と、
上記反応器に回転振動運動をさせる駆動装置と
を少なくとも備え、
上記反応器が変形可能に設計されているとき、請求項7から12までのいずれか1つに記載の容器を追加で備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項13に記載の装置において、
さらに、フレームと、運転シャットダウンの間だけ、運転スタッフが上記反応器にアクセスするのを許可するロッキングシステムとを備えていることを特徴とする装置。 - 細胞および/または微生物を培養するための請求項13または14のいずれかに記載の装置の使用。
