Description
高い耐摩耗性を持つ密封環及び油かき取り環の使用

例えば図1及び2について前述したように、1つ又は2つの排出口及び/又は付加的なピン潤滑のための吹付け連接棒
連接棒上部にある油供給溝
油流量を高めるためクランク軸又は軸受ブシュにある溝
シリンダ内径へ永続的な吹付けを行うノズルを持つ油供給ギャラリ
連接棒にある油供給溝は非対称に設けることができる
クランク軸にある溝16は、片側例えば非駆動側にのみ設けることができる。
Claims (11)
- 車両における圧縮空気発生用圧縮機(1)であって、少なくとも1つのピストン(6,7)、シリンダ(8,9)、クランク軸(12)、潤滑剤供給口(14)、潤滑剤供給通路(13,15,16,20,21)、及び圧縮機(1)のクランク軸(12)を駆動装置に接続するか又はそれから切離す連結装置(3)を有するものにおいて、潤滑剤供給通路(13,15,16,20,21)が、圧縮機(1)の内部に設けられる少なくとも1つの潤滑剤出口(22,23)へ通じ、クランク軸(12)の少なくとも特定の回転位置で、潤滑剤出口(22,23)がシリンダ(8,9)のピストン摺動面(19)へ向けられていることを特徴とする、圧縮機。
- 潤滑剤供給通路(13,15,16,20,21)が、クランク軸(12)を通る通路部分(13)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- クランク軸(12)が、潤滑剤案内に関して潤滑剤供給口(14)に接続されている囲繞溝(16)を持ち、潤滑剤案内に関して囲繞溝(16)が、クランク軸(12)を通る通路部分(13)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の圧縮機。
- ピストン(6,7)をクランク軸(12)に結合する連接棒(10,11)が潤滑剤出口(22,23)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の圧縮機。
- 潤滑剤供給通路(13,15,16,20,21)が連接棒(10,11)とクランク軸(12)との間に形成される通路部分(21)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の圧縮機。
- 連接捧(10,11)が、潤滑剤供給通路(13,15,16,20,21)の一部として凹所(21)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の圧縮機。
- 潤滑剤出口(22,23)が、潤滑剤出口の開口の方へノズルのように先細に形成されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の圧縮機。
- 潤滑剤供給通路(13,15,16,20,21)が、圧縮機(1)のクランクケース内に固定的に設けられる複数の潤滑剤ノズルを持つ潤滑剤供給ギャラリを持ち、潤滑剤ノズルがシリンダ内径へ潤滑剤を吹付けるようにしていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の圧縮機。
- 特に先行する請求項の1つに記載の少なくとも1つのピストン(6,7)を持つ車両における圧縮空気発生用圧縮機(1)であって、ピストン(6,7)に、摩耗を少なくする被覆を持つ油かき取り環(42)が設けられていることを特徴とする、圧縮機。
- 被覆がクロムを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の圧縮機。
- 連結装置(3)が圧縮機ハウジング(2)に設けられ、少なくとも1つの連結手段(18)を含む範囲が、圧縮機(1)のハウジング(2)から突出していることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の圧縮機。
