Description
(a)マグネシウム又は酸化マグネシウムをギ酸に添加する工程、
(b)その反応混合物を少なくとも75℃において撹拌する工程、
(c)得られた懸濁液から固形物をろ過により分離する工程、
を含む製造方法により達成される。
1) 5gのマグネシウム削り屑(24.3g/mol)=205.8mmol
2) 100gのギ酸(46.0g/mol)=2174mmol
a)合成:アルゴン下で反応容器内にギ酸を仕込み、マグネシウム削り屑を1時間にわたって少しずつ添加した(40℃に発熱)。この混合物を更に2時間撹拌した(55℃まで温度上昇、溶液は乱流状態となった)。次に混合物を還流(RF)温度まで加熱し、1時間還流下で沸騰させた。
色:無色
生成量:21.3g
元素分析 C:20.8質量%、H:1.8質量%、O:56質量%、Mg:21.2質量%
BET:583m2/g(Langmuir法による)
1) 16.6gの酸化マグネシウム(40.3g/mol)=412mmol
2) 120gのギ酸(46.0g/mol)=2609mmol
a)合成:0.25lの四口フラスコ内にギ酸を仕込み、酸化マグネシウムを穏やかに冷却しながら注意深く添加した(75℃まで強い発熱)。次に、この混合物を100℃に加熱し、100℃で1時間撹拌した。
色:無色
生成量:42.3g

Claims (10)
- ギ酸マグネシウムを基礎とする多孔質の有機金属骨格材料の製造方法であって、
(a)マグネシウム又は酸化マグネシウムをギ酸に添加する工程、
(b)その反応混合物を少なくとも75℃において撹拌する工程、
(c)得られた懸濁液から固形物をろ過により分離する工程、
を含む製造方法。 - ギ酸を、マグネシウムに対して少なくとも2.5倍のモル過剰量で使用する請求項1に記載の方法。
- マグネシウムをマグネシウム削り屑の形態で使用する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 添加を保護ガス雰囲気下で行う請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- ギ酸は少なくとも95%の純度を有する請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 撹拌を少なくとも30分間行う請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 撹拌を大気圧下で行う請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 撹拌を少なくとも90℃で行う請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 生じた懸濁液を、ろ過の前又はろ過の間に溶媒と接触させる請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 溶媒がアセトンである請求項9に記載の方法。
