Abstract
【解決手段】 吸気管(7)に配置するための給気冷却器であって、前記給気冷却器が、冷却剤を貫流させる複数の通路(1)を含み、前記複数の通路(1)が、給気を還流させることができる冷却器ブロックを形成し、前記冷却器ブロックがベース結合部(5)に結合されており、収集器(2)が少なくとも1つの冷却剤接続部(3)を備え、フランジ結合部(6)を用いて、前記給気冷却器を前記吸気管(7)の開口部に固定可能である給気冷却器において、前記フランジ結合部(6)および前記ベース結合部(5)が別個の部材として形成されている。

Claims (13)
- 吸気管(7)に配置するための給気冷却器であって、前記給気冷却器が、
冷却剤を貫流させる複数の通路(1)を含み、前記複数の通路(1)が、給気を還流させることができる冷却器ブロックを形成し、
前記冷却器ブロックがベース結合部(5)に結合されており、
収集器(2)が少なくとも1つの冷却剤接続部(3)を備え、
フランジ結合部(6)を用いて、前記給気冷却器を前記吸気管(7)の開口部に固定可能である給気冷却器において、
前記フランジ結合部(6)および前記ベース結合部(5)が別個の部材として形成されていることを特徴とする給気冷却器。 - 前記ベース結合部(5)がアルミニウムからなり、前記通路(1)が、前記ベース結合部(5)に半田付けされた扁平管として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の給気冷却器。
- 前記フランジ結合部(6)がプラスチックからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の給気冷却器。
- ベース結合部(5)とフランジ結合部(6)との間にはシール、特にOリングシールが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の給気冷却器。
- ベース結合部(5)と吸気管(7)との間にはシール(11)、特にOリングシールが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の給気冷却器。
- 前記フランジ結合部(6)が前記収集器(2)の一部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の給気冷却器。
- 前記フランジ結合部(6)が前記収集器(2)の隔壁(12)を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の給気冷却器。
- 前記冷却剤接続部(3)が前記フランジ結合部(6)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の給気冷却器。
- 前記ベース結合部(5)が、前記フランジ結合部(6)に結合するための折り曲げ部(9)、特に波形溝状の折り曲げ部を備えることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の給気冷却器。
- 前記フランジ結合部(6)が前記収集器(2)に重なり合い、前記フランジ結合部(6)が前記給気と外部空間との間に隔壁を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の給気冷却器。
- 前記収集器(2)が、完全に半田付けされたユニットとしての前記ベース結合部(5)も含めてアルミニウム部材から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の給気冷却器。
- 前記フランジ結合部(6)が、材料結合によって、特に接着および/または溶接、特に摩擦溶接を用いて前記吸気管(7)に結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の給気冷却器。
- 前記フランジ結合部(6)が、特に摩擦溶接を用いて、ほぼ円形リング状の面(20)を介して前記吸気管(7)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の給気冷却器。
