Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1つのガイドレール(1)を用いて案内されるキャリッジ(9)に設けられるブレーキング兼クランピング装置であって、
該ブレーキング兼クランピング装置は、スライドくさび伝動装置(92,107,96)を介して操作可能な少なくとも1つの摩擦ロック装置(90)を有していて、該摩擦ロック装置(90)は、ハウジング(10)内に支承されていてガイドレール(1)に圧着可能な少なくとも1つの押圧部材(96)を有しており、
スライドくさび伝動装置(92,107,96)は、摩擦ロック装置(90)を負荷するためにばね力及び/又は空気力又は液圧による圧力を用いて一方の方向に運動させられ、かつ負荷解除のためには少なくとも1つのピストン(63,71,81)によって空気力又は液圧による圧力を用いて逆方向に運動させられ、
該ピストン(63,71,81)は、多段に形成された少なくとも1つの貫通孔(23,34,77,87)内に配置されていて、該貫通孔(23,34,77,87)の中心線(39)がガイド長手方向(2)に対して平行に方向付けられており、
スライドくさび伝動装置(92,107,96)のスライドくさび(92)は、少なくとも1つの転動体(106)を介して押圧部材(96)に作用し、
該転動体(106)は、ピストン(63,71,81)のガイド長手方向(2)において移動可能なケージ(110)内に支承されている形式のものにおいて、
ケージ(110)は、ガイド長手方向(2)に対して横方向に方向付けられたハウジング孔(41)内に組込み可能であり、該ハウジング孔(41)は、貫通孔(23,34,77,87)の一部である接続孔(34)によって交差又は横切られており、
接続孔(34)は、貫通孔(23,34,77,87)の一部であるばね蓄力器孔(23)の直径の30%よりも小さな直径を有している
ことを特徴とするブレーキング兼クランピング装置。 - ケージ(110)内においてスライドくさび伝動装置(92,107,96)のスライドくさび(92)は、ばね蓄力器式駆動装置(50)の押し棒と、少なくとも1つの空気力式又は液圧式の駆動装置(70,80)のピストンロッド(73)との間において緊締されている、請求項1記載のブレーキング兼クランピング装置。
- ばね蓄力器式駆動装置(50)の押し棒は、ピストン(63)のピストンロッド(64)であり、ばね蓄力器式駆動装置(50)のばねエレメント(52)はピストン(63)の頂部側に支持されている、請求項2記載のブレーキング兼クランピング装置。
- ケージ(110)は一方の終端位置においてスライドくさび(92)に接触し、他方の終端位置においてピストンロッド(73)に接触している、請求項2記載のブレーキング兼クランピング装置。
- ピストン(71,81)のピストンロッド(73,83)は整合する貫通孔(74,84)を有している、請求項1記載のブレーキング兼クランピング装置。
- ピストン(71,81)のピストンロッド(73,83)の自由端部にそれぞれ少なくとも1つの横溝(75,85)が一体成形されていて、該横溝(75,85)は対応する貫通孔(74,84)と交差している、もしくは該貫通孔(74,84)を貫通している、請求項4記載のブレーキング兼クランピング装置。
- ハウジング(10)内に2つの摩擦ロック装置(90)と、該摩擦ロック装置(90)を操作するスライドくさび伝動装置(92,107,96)とが、ハウジング長手方向中心平面(3)に対して鏡面対称に配置されている、請求項1記載のブレーキング兼クランピング装置。
