Description

Claims (16)
- 約2〜1000ミル(0.051mm〜25.4mm)の厚さを有する印刷可能かつ機械加工可能な複合材料構造体であって、
前記構造体は、約525ポンド/1000平方フィート(22.15kg/m2)以下の坪量を有し、25%未満のポリマーを含有し、天然の鉱物含有物を含み、
約1.3ミル〜900ミル(0.033〜22.86mm)の厚さの天然繊維から形成される繊維含有層と、
鉱物含有層を形成するポリマー結合剤とともに鉱物から形成される有機鉱物含有層と、
を備え、
前記繊維含有層が、硬く(solid)、かつ、対向する平坦な接触面を有し、前記繊維含有層が、約20〜800g/m2の坪量と、約20〜約1200MDおよび約25〜1500CDの引張強度と、を有することを特徴とし、
鉱物含有層が、約15〜500ポンド/1000平方フィート(0.63〜21.08g/m2)の坪量を備えることを特徴とし、
前記鉱物含有層が、伸縮を必要とせずに、前記繊維含有層の接触面全体にわたって、実質的に連続的に接合されることを特徴とし、
前記鉱物含有層の少なくとも1つの外向面が前記層の約15重量%超過の結合剤含有物を備えることを特徴とし、
前記複合材料構造体が少なくとも1つの表面層に有機鉱物含有物を含むことを特徴とし、

前記複合材料構造体は、少なくとも15重量%の結合剤を伴う、1つの外向きの鉱物含有層を備え、前記結合剤は、重合体、共重合体、単一重合体、および単量体の選択枝を備え、複合材料が、100%天然繊維の構造体よりも大きな耐水性を有する表面を有する、ことを特徴とし、
前記複合材料構造体は、一般的な印刷技術を用いて印刷可能である、少なくとも1つの外向きの鉱物含有層を備えることを特徴とし、
前記複合材料構造体は、少なくとも40%の天然繊維を備えることを特徴とし、
少なくとも1つの表面を向いた鉱物含有層が、前記複合材料の重量の少なくとも1%または約1%を備えることを特徴とする、
複合材料構造体。 - 前記複合材料構造体が、1つ以上の層として、「スクリム」のような、織られた、および、不織のウェブ補強材をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料構造体。 - 熱成形、加圧成形または真空成形によって前記鉱物含有層を含む保管物品が選択された形状に形成され得るように、前記鉱物含有層が、一定量の熱成形結合剤を含む柔軟性のある鉱物複合材料を備える、

ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料構造体。 - 前記繊維含有層が、約5〜約800ポンド/1000平方フィート(0.42〜約33.7kg/m2)の坪量と、約4.0ミル〜約45ミル(0.10〜約1.14mm)の厚さと、約75〜約1200MDおよび約25〜約900CDの引張強度と、を備える、

前記繊維含有層は、ソリッド(solid)または準ソリッドであり、カレンダリング加工が必要であっても、必要でなくてもよい、対向する平坦な接触面を有し、前記繊維含有層は、約10〜約610ポンド/1000平方フィート(lbs/1000ft2)(0.46〜約28.1kg/m2)の坪量と、約20〜約1200MDおよび約25〜約1500CDの引張強度と、を有することを特徴とし、
前記鉱物含有層は、約35g/m2〜約1500g/m2の坪量を備え、前記複合材料内部において混合され、もしくは、混合されず、前記鉱物含有層は、前記複合材料構造体全体の少なくとも2重量パーセント以上の重さを備え、約0.30g/cm3〜1.5g/cm3の密度と、1.3ミル〜50.0ミル(0.033mm〜1.27mm)のカリパーと、を備え、有機鉱物を含み、

ことを特徴とする複合材料構造体。 - 通常のフレキソおよびオフセット印刷技術を用いて印刷可能な少なくとも1層のポリマー含有層を有する再生紙を含有する複合材料構造体であって、
前記複合材料は、70%未満のポリマーを含有し、少なくとも約0.203mmのカリパーと、3700未満のMD引張強度とを有し、
再生含有物を有する繊維含有層と、
約30g/m2〜約1500g/m2の坪量と、約0.30g/cm3〜約1.5g/m3の密度と、0.033mm〜約1.27mmのカリパーと、を備えるポリマー含有層と、
を備え、
前記繊維含有層は、約0.0381mm〜約25.146mmの間のカリパーにおいて形成され、前記繊維含有層は対向する平坦な接触面を有し、前記繊維含有層は、約20g/m2〜1500g/m2の坪量と、約20CD〜約1200MDおよび約25MD〜約1500CDの引張強度と、を有することを特徴とし、
前記ポリマー含有層は、前記複合材料構造体全体の少なくとも2重量パーセント以上の重さを備え、
前記ポリマー含有層が、前記繊維含有層の接触面全体にわたって固着されるように適合されることを特徴とし、
前記複合材料構造体が、通常のフレキソおよびオフセット印刷技術を用いて印刷可能な少なくとも1層のポリマー含有層を有し、前記複合材料構造体が70%未満のポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、
複合材料構造体。 - 25重量%未満のポリマーを含み、少なくとも1層のポリマー含有表面層を含む、印刷可能かつ機械加工可能な複合材料構造体であって、
25.146mm未満の厚さを有する天然繊維から形成される少なくとも1層の繊維含有層と、
約0.40g/cm3以上の最小密度を有する少なくとも1層のポリマー含有層と、
を備え、
前記繊維含有層が対向面を有し、
前記繊維含有層が約40g/m2〜1500g/m2の坪量を有することを特徴とし、
前記ポリマー含有層が、前記複合材料構造体全体の約2重量%以上の重さを備え、
ポリマー含有層が少なくとも1層の繊維含有層の接触面にわたって固着されることを特徴とし、
前記ポリマー含有層が少なくとも2%の天然鉱物を備えることを特徴とし、
前記複合材料構造体が40重量%以上の繊維を含有することを特徴とし、
前記複合材料構造体が少なくとも1層の外部繊維層を含むことを特徴とする、
複合材料構造体。 - 通常の印刷技術を用いて印刷可能な少なくとも1層の繊維含有層を有する、機械加工可能かつ印刷可能な再生繊維を含有する複合材料構造体であって、
前記複合材料構造体が、25重量%未満のポリマーと、少なくとも40重量%の繊維とを含有し、
対向する平坦な接触面を有する繊維含有層と、
約0.40g/cm3の最小密度を有するポリマー含有層と、
を備え、
前記繊維含有層が、約40g/m2〜1500g/m2の坪量を有することを特徴とし、
前記ポリマー含有層が、前記複合材料構造体全体の少なくとも2重量%または約2重量%以上の重さを備え、
前記ポリマー含有層が、少なくとも1層の繊維含有層の前記接触面の全体にわたって固着されるように適合されることを特徴とし、
少なくとも1層の繊維含有層が、50%以上または約50%以上の再生含有物を備え、複合材料全体の少なくとも25重量%の重さを備えることを特徴とし、
前記複合材料構造体が、通常の印刷技術を用いて印刷可能なように適合された少なくとも1層の繊維含有層を有し、前記ポリマー含有層が少なくとも1層の繊維含有層との面接触をもたらすことを特徴とする、
複合材料構造体。
