・アルミニウムからなり、かつ厚さ1μmの陰極C;
・リングの長辺に対してオープンであり、長方形の形状であり、幅0.5mm、長さ3cmのスロット;及び
・50オーム(Ω)のポートP。
Claims (11)
- 画素からなるアクティブマトリクス(M)と、前記画素に共通の共通電極(C)と、前記共通電極に接続され、かつ少なくとも部分的に前記アクティブマトリクスを囲む導電性ストリップ(R)とを有するフラットスクリーン(E)であって、前記導電性ストリップに、アンテナを形成する少なくとも1つのスロット(F)が形成されていることを特徴とするフラットスクリーン(E)。
- 前記導電性ストリップが、前記アクティブマトリクスの少なくとも一部を囲むリングを形成する、請求項1に記載のフラットスクリーン。
- 前記アンテナが、前記導電性ストリップの縁部に対してオープンなスロットによって形成される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のフラットスクリーン。
- 前記アンテナが、オープンでないスロットによって形成される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のフラットスクリーン。
- 前記アンテナが、前記画素からなるアクティブマトリクスを囲む環状スロットによって形成される、請求項2に記載のフラットスクリーン。
- 前記導電性ストリップが、前記スクリーンの基板(S)上に堆積されることによって形成される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のフラットスクリーン。
- 前記導電性ストリップが、50nmから2μm、好ましくは100nmから1μmの範囲の厚さを示す、請求項6に記載のフラットスクリーン。
- 前記導電性ストリップが、50μmから10mm、好ましくは100μmから2mmの範囲の幅を示す、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のフラットスクリーン。
- 前記スロットが、100MHzから10GHzの範囲の少なくとも1つの周波数で共鳴するように寸法設定される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のフラットスクリーン。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のフラットスクリーン(E)と、
前記フラットスクリーンに平行であり、且つ前記フラットスクリーンの前記導電性ストリップに電気的に接続された接地平面(PM)を含む電子カードと、
無線周波数の電気信号を生成及び/又は検出するための手段と、
前記フラットスクリーンに内蔵されている前記スロットアンテナを励起するためのポート(P)であって、無線周波数の電気信号を生成及び/又は検出するための前記手段に接続されているポート(P)と、
を備えるポータブル機器。 - 前記スロットアンテナが、共鳴を示すように、かつ、前記手段によって生成又は検出された前記電気信号の周波数(fm)において前記励起ポートと少なくともほぼインピーダンス整合するように寸法設定される、請求項10に記載のポータブル機器。
