Claims (12)
- 改善された医療のための医療レーザ装置であって、

- 前記送達媒体は、少なくとも1つの光ファイバである、請求項1または2に記載の医療レーザ装置。

- 前記少なくとも1つの光ファイバは、二重コア構造を有し、1つの波長を有するレーザ光は、内核の中に移動し、別の波長を有するレーザ光は、外核の中に送達される、請求項3に記載の医療レーザ装置。
- 1つのレーザ光源はファイバレーザであり、別のレーザ光源は前記ファイバレーザのための励起レーザであり、前記レーザ光源の両方からのレーザ光は、前記少なくとも1つの光ファイバによって送達される、請求項3に記載の医療レーザ装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光ファイバは、同心コア構造を有し、前記ファイバレーザの波長を有するレーザ光は、内核の中に移動し、前記励起レーザの波長を有するレーザ光は、外核の中に送達される、請求項8に記載の医療レーザ装置。
- 前記ファイバレーザは、1550±60nmの波長を有するレーザ光を放射し、前記励起レーザは、915〜980nmの間または1470±60nmの波長を有するレーザ光を放射する、請求項8に記載の医療レーザ装置。
- 前記レーザ光源は、連続モードまたは半連続モードで動作するツリウムレーザである、請求項1に記載の医療レーザ装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光ファイバは、ねじれファイバである、請求項3に記載の医療レーザ装置。
