Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 挿管、心肺蘇生(CPR)又は換気治療を受けている患者に対して使用するための二酸化炭素(CO2)監視システムであって、
患者から呼吸ガスを受けると共に、該ガスのCO2含有量を感知して、CO2測定信号を生成するCO2センサと、
前記CO2測定信号のサンプルを記録する記録器と、
前記CO2測定信号のサンプルに応答して、CO2波形の特徴を識別する波形検出器と、
当該監視システムの挿管モード、CPRモード又は換気治療モードでの使用を識別するモード信号の信号源と、
識別された前記CO2波形の特徴及び前記モード信号に応答して、前記波形の特徴を現在のモードを考慮して分析する波形分析器と、
前記波形分析器による異常状態の指示に応答して、警報出力を発生する警報部と、
を有するCO2監視システム。 - 前記CO2測定信号のサンプルが、デジタル信号を有する請求項1に記載のCO2監視システム。
- 前記CO2波形の識別された特徴が、波形の基線、波形の振幅、波形の頻度、波形の勾配、波形のリズム及び波形の角部のうちの少なくとも1つを有する請求項2に記載のCO2監視システム。
- 前記モード信号の信号源が、手動で設定可能なユーザ制御部を有する請求項3に記載のCO2監視システム。
- 前記モード信号の信号源が、患者に対して使用される呼吸治療装置を有する請求項3に記載のCO2監視システム。
- 挿管の間に示される前記異常状態が、呼吸が受からない又は不規則なCO2波形の一方を有する請求項1に記載のCO2監視システム。
- 前記警報出力が、挿管チューブをチェックせよとの視覚的又は聴覚的忠告を有する請求項6に記載のCO2監視システム。
- CPRの間に示される前記異常状態が、前記CO2波形の振幅の下向き傾向を有する請求項1に記載のCO2監視システム。
- 記警報出力が、前記CPRの有効性についての視覚的又は聴覚的忠告を有する請求項8に記載のCO2監視システム。
- 換気治療の間に示される前記異常状態が、気道の妨害、無呼吸又は望ましくない換気率のうちの1つを有する請求項1に記載のCO2監視システム。
- 記警報出力が、患者のチェック又は人工呼吸器の設定の調整の一方を有する請求項10に記載のCO2監視システム。
- 前記警報部が、正常な呼吸に応答して出力信号を発生するように更に動作可能である請求項1に記載のCO2監視システム。
- CPRの間に発生される前記出力信号が、CPRが有効であるとの指示を有する請求項12に記載のCO2監視システム。
- 前記波形検出器に応答して、検出されたCO2波形をリアルタイムで表示するディスプレイを更に有する請求項1に記載のCO2監視システム。
- 前記CO2測定信号のサンプルのノイズ成分を分析するノイズ分析器を更に有する請求項1に記載のCO2監視システム。
