Abstract
Description

本願発明は、概略的には、デジタル画像が印刷されたプラスチック容器に関し、特に、改善された接着性およびリサイクル特性を有する容器、および、容器にデジタル印刷し、またリサイクル(再生利用)を容易にするための方法に関する。

Claims (21)
- インクの液滴によりデジタル画像が印刷された外面を有してなり、
前記デジタル画像が少なくとも6.0の接着スコアを有している、リサイクル可能なプラスチック容器。 - 前記デジタル画像が、
複数の硬化されたベースコート用インク液滴を含むベースコートと、
複数の硬化された第2コート用インク液滴を含む第2のコートとを含み、
前記第2のコートが前記ベースコートの少なくとも一部に塗布される、請求項1記載の容器。 - 前記印刷されたデジタル画像が、リサイクル処理の間において容器の残留物から実質的に分離されるように作られている、請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記デジタル画像が、少なくとも、テープテストおよび疑似出荷テストに合格するように作られている、請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記テープテストが、修正された3M#610テープ試験を含む、請求項4記載の容器。
- 前記デジタル画像が、6.0または7.0の接着スコアを有している、請求項1記載の容器。
- 第2のコートがベースコートに塗布される際の、ベースコートと第2のコートの温度差が約5.55℃(10°F)より小さい、請求項2記載の容器。
- 前記容器が、基部、側壁部、肩部、および首部を含み、前記首部が分配用の開口を含む、請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記基部が白色部または無色部を含む、請求項2記載の容器。
- 1つ以上の隣接する第2コート用インク液滴が重なり合い、あるいは混ざり合っている、請求項2記載の容器。
- 第2コート用インク液滴が色付きである、請求項2記載の容器。
- 前記色が、シアン、マゼンタ、およびイエローの1つ以上を含む、請求項11記載の容器。
- 前記第2コート用インク液滴の直径が変化している、請求項2記載の容器。
- 前記第2コート用インク液滴の直径が、約10ミクロンから約200ミクロンの範囲内である、請求項13記載の容器。
- 容器が、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、高密度ポリエチレン、およびポロプロピレンの1つ以上の材料から構成される、請求項1記載の容器。
- 容器が多層容器である、請求項1記載の容器。
- 容器がリサイクルされたプラスチック材料を含む、請求項1記載の容器。
- 容器の最外層がリサイクル含有物を有し、前記リサイクル含有物が20%以下である、請求項17記載の容器。

前記デジタル画像が、修正された3M#610テープテストに合格するように作られ、およびリサイクル処理の間において容器の残留物から実質的に分離されるように作られる、リサイクル可能なプラスチック容器。 - 前記デジタル画像が、標準3M#810テープテストに不合格となるように作られる、請求項20記載の容器。
