Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 血管グラフトの外面に柔軟な足場を取り付けるための方法において、
(a)細長い支持管の周囲に半径方向に前記足場を位置付けるステップであって、前記支持管は、第1の外径を有する主本体部と、前記支持管の第1及び第2開放端をそれぞれ画定する半径方向外向きにフレアした第1及び第2端部とを備えている、前記ステップと、
(b)前記血管グラフトの第1末端部を縫合紐で結紮するステップと、
(c)縫合引き抜き具を第1軸線方向に沿って前記第1開放端の中に及び前記支持管の管腔を通して挿入するステップと、
(d)前記縫合引き抜き具の把持端部を前記縫合紐に結合するステップと、
(e)前記縫合引き抜き具を第2軸線方向に沿って前記支持管の管腔を通して及び前記第1開放端から外に後退させ、それにより前記血管グラフトの前記第1末端部を前記支持管の管腔を通して引っ張るステップと、
(f)前記足場を軸線方向に前記第1端部の上に留置し、前記足場を前記血管グラフトの前記外面と柔軟に接触させるステップと、
(g)前記血管グラフトの前記第1末端部の場所又は前記第1末端部と隣接する場所に前記足場を取り付けるステップと、
(h)前記足場に対して軸線方向へ前記第1軸線方向に沿って前記支持管を変位させることによって、前記足場を前記支持管から除去するステップと
を含む方法。 - ステップ(h)に続いて、封止剤を前記足場に塗布するステップを含む、請求項1に記載された方法。
- 前記封止剤がフィブリンである、請求項2に記載された方法。
- 前記ステップ(h)に続いて、前記血管グラフトを前記足場に対して半径方向に膨張させる、請求項1に記載された方法。
- 前記支持管がフッ素化ポリマーから作製される、請求項1に記載された方法。
- 前記支持管の前記第1の外径が、約0.254cm(0.1インチ)から約0.508cm(0.2インチ)である、請求項1に記載された方法。
- 血管グラフトの外面に柔軟な足場を取り付けるときに用いられる支持管において、
(a)応力を受けていない状態の前記柔軟な足場の内径の80〜100%である第1の外径を有する円筒形の主本体部と、
(b)第1及び第2開放端をそれぞれ画定する半径方向外向きにフレアした第1及び第2端部であって、前記第1及び第2端部は前記主本体部における前記第1の外径から前記第1及び第2開放端における第2の外径寸法まで拡大されており、前記第2の外径寸法は前記第1の外径の約125%から約175%である、第1及び第2端部と、
(c)約30度から約60のフレア角度と
を含む支持管。 - フッ素化ポリマーから作製される、請求項7に記載された支持管。
- 前記第1の外径が、約0.254cm(0.1インチ)から約0.508cm(0.2インチ)である、請求項7に記載された支持管。
