Description
たとえば血管の動脈瘤を含め管状部分の欠陥を修復するための人工器官は、当該技術では周知である。このような病状を治療するための一般的な人工器官は、ステントグラフトである。
本発明は、ステントグラフトまたはその他の器具を患者に装着するための改良されたシステムおよび方法を提供することを目指している。
ここでの開示において、ステントグラフトまたはその他のインプラント可能な器具の説明との関連で使用されるとき、「近位」という用語は、心臓に最も近い部分または位置、すなわち血流方向の上流側を指し、「遠位」という用語は、心臓から最も遠い部分または位置を指す。一方、導入器アセンブリとの関連で使用されるとき、「近位」という用語は、外科医に最も近く、典型的には患者の外側で保持される位置または部分を指し、「遠位」という用語は、外科医から最も遠く、実際留置処置中は患者の中に向かって最も遠い位置または部分を指す。
Claims (13)
- インプラント可能な医療器具を患者の内腔内に装着するための装置であって、近位端および遠位端を有するキャリア(104)を含み、前記キャリア(104)の遠位端に、長手方向に間隔があけられた第1の保持要素(106)および第2の保持要素(108)が設けられ、前記第1の保持要素は医療器具(100)の第1の構造要素(102)を、前記第2の保持要素は前記医療器具(100)の第2の構造要素を、それぞれ解放可能に保持することができ、前記第1および第2の保持要素はそれぞれ前記第1および第2の構造要素を保持し、かつ、前記第1および第2の構造要素のそれぞれを押す方向および引く方向の双方に個別に動かすことができ、前記キャリア(104)は、前記第1および第2の保持要素(106、108)の間隔を変更するように調整可能であり、前記間隔を調整することで前記医療器具が湾曲する、装置。
- 前記キャリア(104)の近位端は、前記キャリアを患者の中で調整するように動作可能な近位操作要素を含み、前記近位操作要素は、前記操作要素の遠位端を後方向および前方向に移動させる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2の保持要素(106、108)は、前記第2の保持要素(108)を解放できるようにするにはその前に前記第1の保持要素(106)を前記器具から解放しなければならないという、協働的な関連を有する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2の保持要素(106、108)は独立して解放可能である、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の保持要素は、開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で移動可能な少なくとも2つの把持爪部(106)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記把持爪部(106)を保持するためのカニューレ(112)を含み、後退位置において前記把持爪部(106)はその閉鎖位置にあり、伸長位置において前記
把持爪部(106)はその開放位置にある、請求項5に記載の装置。 - 前記カニューレ(112)を保持するためのカテーテル(110)を含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の保持要素(108)は前記カテーテル(110)に解放可能に取付けられる、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の保持要素(108)は、前記カニューレ(112)を後退させると、前記カテーテル(110)から解放可能である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記カテーテル(110)の中に位置し、前記第2の保持要素(108)をカテーテルに結合するように動作可能な解放要素(200)を含み、前記第2の保持要素(108)は、前記解放要素(200)を作動させると、解放可能である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の保持要素(108)は糸のループであり、前記解放要素はロッドまたはワイヤ(200)である、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の保持要素(108)はループ状またはフック状要素である、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ループ状またはフック状要素は、前記器具に取付けられた縫合ループ(108)の形態であり、前記縫合ループは、前記キャリアから解放されて器具を前記キャリアから解放することができる、請求項12に記載の装置。
