Claims (16)
- 再処理装置であって、
(ア)第1チャンバ、第2チャンバおよび保持具を有する容器であって、該保持具は、管腔を有する器具を、該器具の第1の部分が前記第1チャンバ内に位置し、該器具の第2の部分が前記第2チャンバ内に位置するように非接触的に固定するものである容器、
(イ)前記容器内に収容される液体媒質、および
(ウ)前記容器の第1チャンバ内の流体圧力を上昇させると同時に第2チャンバ内の流体圧力を低下させることにより一行程を生じるポンプ手段であって、該一行程毎に、前記容器内に固定された前記管腔を有する器具の所与の最大容積に対する前記液体媒質の少なくとも全内部体積分を、前記管腔を通じて排出するポンプ手段を有する再処理装置。 - 前記ポンプ手段は、前記容器内の両チャンバ内に略一定の圧力を発生させる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記一定の圧力は1から29psiの範囲内である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記管腔を有する器具は内部に複数の管腔直径を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 邪魔板プラグであって、前記固定された器具と該プラグの開口の間の流れを許容することにより、器具の外部を洗浄するための乱流を生み出す邪魔板プラグを更に有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記容器は、その上部に1%から25%の体積の空気を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 管腔、内部表面および外部表面を有する器具を洗浄または滅菌する方法であって、
(ア)往復動作を有し、開口を設けた少なくとも一つの接合部分を持つ容器を有する再処理装置であって、該接合部分は該容器を2つ以上の区画に分割するものである再処理装置を準備するステップ、
(イ)前記器具を前記接合部分の中に非接触的に固定するステップ、および
(ウ)前記容器の内部から前記管腔を通じて流体の流れを発生させ、少なくとも前記管腔の全内部容積に相当する流体が前記再処理装置の一行程毎に前記管腔を通じて排出されるようにするステップを含む方法。 - 前記流れは、前記管腔の全内部容積より1%以上多い、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記(ウ)のステップは、略一定の圧力において行われる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記容器は、その上部に1%から25%の体積の空気を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記器具を邪魔板プラグ内に固定することを更に含み、該邪魔板プラグは、前記固定された器具と該プラグの開口の間の流れを許容することにより、前記器具の外部を洗浄するための乱流を生み出すものである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 管腔、内部表面および外部表面を有する器具を洗浄または滅菌する方法であって、
(ア)往復動作を有し、開口を設けた少なくとも一つの接合部分を持つ容器を有する再処理装置であって、該接合部分は該容器を少なくとも2つのチャンバに分割するものである再処理装置を準備するステップ、
(イ)前記器具が前記少なくとも2つのチャンバのうち少なくとも2つの中にあるように、前記器具を前記接合部分の中に非接触的に固定するステップ、および
(ウ)前記管腔を通る流体の流れを一定圧力で発生させ、少なくとも前記管腔の全内部容積に相当する流体を前記再処理装置の一行程毎に前記管腔を通じて排出するステップを含む方法。 - 前記流れは、前記管腔の全内部容積より1%以上多い、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記容器は、その上部に1%から25%の体積の空気を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記(ウ)のステップは、約1から29psiで行われる、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記器具を邪魔板プラグ内に固定することを更に含み、該邪魔板プラグは、前記固定された器具と該プラグの開口の間の流れを許容することにより、前記器具の外部を洗浄するための乱流を生み出すものである、請求項12に記載の方法。
