Description
ここで例示する実施例1で用いた条件を以下に列挙する。
反応器温度:350℃
反応器圧力:大気圧を10ミリバール超える過圧
重質油:Phi−Oil Katstart Gold 25
バイオマス:反応器に投入する前に異なる残留水分に前処理した無樹皮トウヒ木材チップ
バイオマスを高温の重質油で前処理することによる影響を調べるために、長さが異なるバイオマスの前処理を含む一連の実験を行った。1バールの圧力下での初留点が約375℃の減圧軽油を、重質油として使用した。バイオマスの含水率をその1重量%以下に調整することによって、重質油の低沸点留分への所望の切断の効率を明らかに向上させることができた。
反応器温度:350℃

Claims (10)
- 湿潤炭化水素バイオマスの存在下で、炭化水素バイオマスが熱分解するまで重質油を加熱することにより重質油を熱的に分解し、それにより可燃物及び燃料をそれぞれ形成し、加熱した重質油から分離し、続いて凝縮して、可燃物又は燃料を得る方法であって、バイオマスの量に対して1.0重量%以下の含水率の炭化水素バイオマスが使用されることを特徴とする方法。
- バイオマスの量に対して0.5重量%以下の含水率の炭化水素バイオマスが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- バイオマスが、重質油中に、総質量に対して最大で30重量%の量で含有されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- バイオマスが、重質油中に、総質量に対して最大で20重量%の量で含有されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- バイオマスが、重質油中に、総質量に対して5重量%未満の量で含有されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 重質油を250℃〜450℃の温度に加熱することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 重質油を320℃〜400℃の温度に加熱することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 重質油として、原油蒸留の残油、特に減圧軽油を用いることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 加熱した重質油、好ましくは減圧軽油中で乾燥することによって、含水率が予め調整された炭化水素バイオマスが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 乾燥の後に分離法によってバイオマスを過剰の重質油から分離し、重質油中に含有されるバイオマスの量が総質量に対して15重量%、好ましくは25重量%を超えるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
