Claims (4)
- 増速機と発電機とを具備して風力発電を行うナセルと、前記増速機と機械的に連結されるブレードと、前記ナセルをその上端に支持するタワーとを具備する風力タービン設備のメンテナンスシステムにおいて、
前記ナセルの内部の上側に配置され、前記ナセルの長さ方向に移動可能な台車ユニットと、
前記台車ユニット上に設けられ、前記ナセルの幅方向に移動可能なトロリーと、
前記トロリーに回転可能に設けられるプーリと、
前記プーリにワイヤを介して連結されるウインチユニットと、
前記ナセルの内部の整備を要する装置が前記ナセルの内外部に出入りできるように前記ナセルの下端部に設けられる開閉可能なドアとを含むことを特徴とする風力タービン設備のメンテナンスシステム。 - 前記プーリの下部には、前記整備を要する装置を固定できる専用ジグがさらに具備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の風力タービン設備のメンテナンスシステム。
- 前記ウインチユニットは、前記タワーに固定設置されるか地盤に固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の風力タービン設備のメンテナンスシステム。
- 前記プーリは、前記ウインチユニットと連結される駆動プーリと、前記専用ジグがその下部に連結固定される従動プーリから構成され、
前記駆動プーリと従動プーリとは、それぞれ複数であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の風力タービン設備のメンテナンスシステム。
