Description
Claims (22)
- 一体化した発光ダイオード(LED)デバイスであって、
前記デバイスは、
回路基板につながれた複数のLEDと、
前記回路基板につながれたLED集積回路(IC)駆動装置と、および、
前記回路基板につながれた第1の交流電流(AC)端子および第2のAC端子を含むことを特徴とするデバイス。 - 少なくとも1つの、電流の全高調波歪み(THDi)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体化したLEDデバイス。
- 前記LEDデバイスのTHDiが20%未満であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の一体化したLEDデバイス。
- 調光回路をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の一体化したLEDデバイス。
- 前記回路基板がワイヤボンディングされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体化したLEDデバイス。
- 前記複数のLEDがリン光体の蒸着によって処理され、カプセル化されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体化したLEDデバイス。
- 前記第1のAC端子と前記第2のAC端子が、外部の電源を用いることなく、線間電圧に直接結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体化したLEDデバイス。
- 前記線間電圧が120Vであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の一体化したLEDデバイス。
- 前記複数のLED IC駆動装置が温度補償されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体化したLEDデバイス。
- 前記回路基板がメタルコアを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体化したLEDデバイス。
- 発光ダイオード(LED)システムであって、
前記LEDシステムは、
互いにつながれた複数の集積回路(IC)基板を備え、
前記IC基板は、
各々のIC基板につながれた複数のLEDと、
各々のIC基板につながれた複数のLED IC駆動装置と、
各々のIC基板につながれた第1の交流電流(AC)端子対および第2のAC端子対とを備え、
第1のIC基板の第2のAC端子対が、第2のIC基板の第1のAC端子対とつながれることを特徴とするシステム。 - 各々のIC基板が、少なくとも1つの、電流の全高調波歪み(THDi)回路をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記システムのTHDiが20%未満であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のLEDシステム。
- 各々のIC基板が、少なくとも1つの調光回路をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のLEDシステム。
- 各々のIC基板がワイヤボンディングされることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記複数のLEDがリン光体の蒸着によって処理され、カプセル化されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記LEDシステムが外部の電源を用いることなく線間電圧に直接つながれることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記線間電圧が120Vであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のLEDシステム。
- 前記複数のLED IC駆動装置が温度補償されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のLEDシステム。
- 発光ダイオード(LED)を駆動する方法であって、
前記方法は、
回路基板を提供する工程と、
複数のLEDを前記回路基板と一体化する工程と、
複数のLED集積回路(IC)駆動回路を前記回路基板と一体化する工程と、
LEDおよびLED IC駆動回路をワイヤボンディングする工程と、および、
回路基板をAC線間電圧源に接続する工程とを備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも1つの電流の全高調波歪み(THDi)回路を前記回路基板につなぐ工程と、
少なくとも1つの調光回路を前記回路基板につなぐ工程とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のLEDを駆動する方法。 - 前記回路基板のTHDiが20%未満であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のLEDを駆動する方法。
