Abstract
【解決手段】更に阻害剤組成物を含む樹脂組成物、この樹脂組成物を含む反応性樹脂モルタルおよび本発明による反応性樹脂モルタルと改善した保管安定性と低温硬化特性を有する2成分モルタル組成物を記載している。本発明による樹脂組成物は特に種々の地下のボ−リング穴内の構造物部分の化学固定のために特に適している。
Description
「A成分」と同義なものとして使用する。
[実施例1]
反応性樹脂モルタルの作成のために、976.1gのメタクリレート樹脂に対して、4.06gの2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシアニソール(TBA)と、2.89gの2-(ジメチルアミノ)−4,6−ジメチルピリミジン−5−オール(Me2N−PymOH)とを加え、一様な溶液が得られるまで攪拌する。この配合は、約1:1の抑制剤比率に対応する。引き続き真空中で72.4gの発熱性珪酸(Aerosil R202(登録商標);Evonik Degussa GmbH製)482.68gと、アルミン酸塩セメントと、868.82gの石英砂F32とをディゾルバーを使って、一様なペーストになるまで樹脂溶液中に分散させた。
メタクリレート樹脂のための硬化剤として、ベンゾイル過酸化物の40%水分散液10重量%と、脱ミネラル化された水14重量%とを混ぜて、次いで、その中に40μmの平均粒径を有する石英砂53重量%と、平均粒径0.8μmを有する粘土22重量%とを分散させ、更に1重量%の発熱性の珪酸を加えて濃縮した。

反応性樹脂モルタルに加える抑制剤が、2.38gの2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−メチルフェノール(BHT)と、0.27gの4,6−ジメチル−2−(オクチルオキシ)ピリミジン−5−オール(C8O-PymOH)とであることだけが実施例1と異なるよう試料を作成した。この量は、両抑制剤のモル比BHT:C8O−PymOHが10:1であることに対応する。
反応性樹脂モルタルに加える抑制剤が、3.07gの2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−メチルフェノール(BHT)のみであることだけが実施例1と異なるよう試料を作成した。
反応性樹脂モルタルに加える抑制剤が、9.84gの4,6−ジメチル−2−(オクチルオキシ)ピリミジン−5−オール(C8O−PymOH)のみであることだけが実施例1と異なるよう試料を作成した。
2:同様のドリル穴で、−5℃で固定、硬化
3:同様のドリル穴で、+40℃で固定、硬化
4:同様のドリル穴で、24時間、室温で固定、硬化したあと、24時間80℃に加熱し、更に80℃で引き抜きを実行

Claims (23)
- ラジカル重合可能な化合物をベースとした樹脂組成物の反応性とゲル化時間との調整のための、下記化1に示す化合物(I)と、下記化2に示す化合物(II)との組み合わせの使用
- 前記化1において、R1およびR2はそれぞれ、相互に独立であって、水素あるいは、分岐鎖または直鎖C1〜C8のアルキル基である、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記化1において、R1およびR2はそれぞれ、相互に独立であって、水素またはメチルである、請求項2に記載の使用。
- 前記化合物(I)が、2−(ジメチルアミノ)ピリミジン−5−オール、2−(ジメチルアミノ)−4,6−ジメチルピリミジン−5−オールまたは4,6−ジメチル−2−(オクチルオキシ)ピリミジン−5−オールである、請求項3に記載の使用。
- 前記化合物(II)が、2,6−tert-ブチル−4−メチルフェノールまたは2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシアニソールである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記、化合物(I)と化合物(II)との組み合わせが、2−(ジメチルアミノ)ピリミジン−5−オールと、2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−メチルフェノールとの組み合わせ(III−1)、2−(ジメチルアミノ)−4,6−ジメチルピリミジン−5−オールと、2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシアニソールとの組み合わせ(III−2)、または、4,6−ジメチル−2−(オクチルオキシ)ピリジン−5−オールと、2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−メチルフェノールとの組み合わせ(III−3)である、請求項5に記載の使用。
- 化合物(I)の、化合物(II)に対するモル比が、1:1〜1:10である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の使用。

- 前記化1において、R1およびR2はそれぞれ、相互に独立であって、水素またはメチルである、請求項9に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記化合物(I)が、2−(ジメチルアミノ)ピリミジン−5−オール、2−(ジメチルアミノ)−4,6−ジメチルピリミジン−5−オールまたは4,6−ジメチル−2−(オクチルオキシ)ピリミジン−5−オールである、請求項10に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記化合物(II)が、2,6−tert-ブチル−4−メチルフェノールまたは2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシアニソールである、請求項8〜11のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記助剤(c)が、2−(ジメチルアミノ)ピリミジン−5−オールと、2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−メチル−フェノールとの組み合わせ(III−1)、2−(ジメチルアミノ)−4,6−ジメチルピリミジン−5−オールと、2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシアニソールとの組み合わせ(III−2)、または、4,6−ジメチル−2−(オクチルオキシ)ピリジン−5−オールと、2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−メチルフェノールとの組み合わせ((III−3)である、請求項12に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 化合物(I)の、化合物(II)に対するモル比が、1:1〜1:10である、請求項8〜13のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 樹脂組成物が更に硬化物質のための促進剤を含む、請求項8〜14のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 反応性希釈剤を含有する請求項8〜15のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項8〜15のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物と無機の添加剤とを含む反応性樹脂モルタル。
- A成分としての、請求項16に記載の反応性樹脂モルタルと、A成分とは反応しないよう離された、B成分としての、硬化剤とを含む2成分モルタル組成物。
- 前記硬化剤が硬化物質として無機または有機の過酸化物を含む、請求項18に記載の2成分モルタル組成物。
- 前記硬化剤が無機の添加剤を含む、請求項18または19に記載の2成分モルタル組成物。
- A成分が、反応性樹脂モルタルの他に、水硬性の、または重縮合可能なもう1つの無機化合物を付加的に含有し、B成分が硬化物質の他にさらに水を含有する、請求項18〜20のいずれか1項に記載の2成分モルタル組成物。
- 請求項18〜21のいずれか1項に記載の2成分モルタル組成物の化学固定用途への使用。
- 請求項18〜21のいずれか1項に記載の2成分モルタル組成物を収容するパトロ−ネ、カートリッジまたは薄膜袋であって、内部に前記反応性樹脂モルタルまたは硬化剤を収容する、互いに分離した2以上のチャンバを備えることを特徴とするパトロ−ネ、カートリッジまたは薄膜袋。
