Abstract
【解決手段】 貝殻を粉砕し石炭灰と混合して、及び/又は、貝殻と石炭灰を混合後に粉砕して、貝殻粉末と石炭灰の混合粉末を得、これを1000〜1400℃の温度で焼成する、アノーサイト(CaO・Al2O3・2SiO2)を含有する焼成物とする。この際、混合粉末の化学組成が、SiO2を34〜63質量%、Al2O3を22〜42質量%、CaOを12〜28質量%(特に含SiO2を40〜55質量%、Al2O3を27〜37質量%、CaOを15〜23質量%)含むようにすると、焼成物中のアノーサイトの割合がいっそう高くなる。該アノーサイトを含む焼成物は、セメントの混合材や細骨材として有効に利用できる。

Claims (3)
- 貝殻を粉砕し石炭灰と混合して、及び/又は、貝殻と石炭灰を混合後に粉砕して、貝殻粉末と石炭灰の混合粉末を得、これを1000〜1400℃の温度で焼成する、アノーサイト(CaO・Al2O3・2SiO2)を20質量%以上含有する焼成物を得る、貝殻の有効利用方法。
- 貝殻粉末と石炭灰の混合粉末が、酸化物換算でSiO2を34〜63質量%、Al2O3を22〜42質量%、CaOを10〜35質量%含む粉末となるように混合されている請求項1記載の貝殻の有効利用方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の方法でアノーサイトを20質量%以上含有する焼成物を得、これを粒径2.5mm以下(ふるい法)となるまで粉砕する細骨材の製造方法。
