Claims (4)
- 貝殻を粉砕し石炭灰と混合して、及び/又は、貝殻と石炭灰を混合後に粉砕して、貝殻粉末と石炭灰の混合粉末を得、これを1000〜1400℃の温度で焼成する、アノーサイト(CaO・Al2O3・2SiO2)を70質量%以上含有する焼成物を得る、貝殻の有効利用方法。
- 貝殻粉末と石炭灰の混合粉末が、酸化物換算でSiO2を34〜55質量%、Al2O3を27〜37質量%、CaOを15〜23質量%含む粉末となるように混合されている請求項1記載の貝殻の有効利用方法。
- 貝殻粉末と石炭灰の混合粉末のアルカリ含有量(Na 2 O+K 2 O)が2.0質量%以下である請求項1又は2記載の貝殻の有効利用方法。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法でアノーサイトを70質量%以上含有する焼成物を得、これを粒径2.5mm以下(ふるい法)となるまで粉砕する細骨材の製造方法。
