本发明属建材制品,特别涉及一种以粉煤灰为主要原料生产的建筑砂浆复合胶结材料及其制备方法,含有以下组分(重量计):水泥熟料20%-40%、高炉矿渣5%-10%、粉煤灰30%-40%、磷石膏3-5%(干基)、生石灰10%-15%,沸石5%-10%,建筑砂浆复合胶结材料,原料粉煤灰为干、湿性粉煤灰,使用建筑砂浆复合胶结材料配置混合砂浆方便简单,内墙抹灰不起泡、不返碱,具有良好的合易性和强度等优点。

本发明属建材制品,特别涉及一种以粉煤灰为主要原料生产的建筑砂浆复合胶结材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前燃煤火力发电厂锅炉燃烧产生的固体废弃物粉煤灰,是制造胶结材料的主要来源,使用水泥熟料还有石膏组成的砂浆胶结材料因不含有磷石膏、沸石,生石灰和高炉矿渣,合易性不好,强度低。此外,由于采用静电除尘收集的干性粉煤灰在球磨机内粉碎混合,增加物流阻力、台时产量低、能耗高,增加制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服以上技术不足,提供一种和易性好、强度高、节约能耗,降低成本的建筑砂浆复合胶结材料及其制备方法。
本发明的任务在于,建筑砂浆复合胶结材料以粉煤灰、水泥熟料为主要原料,添加高炉矿渣、沸石、磷石膏、生石灰为辅料,是一种水硬性胶凝材料,由氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化铁等化学成分的固体材料经细研磨而成,含有以下成分重量计:水泥熟料20%-40%、高炉矿渣5%-10%、粉煤灰30%-40%、磷石膏3-5%干基、生石灰10%-15%,沸石5%-10%,原料粉煤灰为干性和湿性粉煤灰,干性颗粒粉煤灰粒度10-20mm,湿性粉煤灰粒度30-300μm,其余原料粒度10-40mm,湿性粉煤灰含水率为15-18%,高炉矿渣含水率为12-15%,混合球磨机的转速26-28r/min。
本发明的技术特点,使用工业固体废弃物、粉煤灰、高炉矿渣、磷石膏为原料,利废、环保,节约能源,降低能耗,优选组分;其二,粉煤灰颗粒级配合适,硅铝含量在60%以上,含碳量小于15%,具有高活性。其三,选用成本低廉的湿性粉煤灰,水解生石灰产生大量热源达100-150℃,使湿性粉煤灰由含水率15-18%水分降至1.5-3%,生石灰及350-400℃的热颗粒粉煤灰的热量中和磷石膏可溶性,使含水量12-15%的高炉矿渣水份降至1.5-3%,CaO吸收水分,沸石也是复合胶结材的活性材料,提供生石灰CaO的活性含量,生成较多的Ca(OH)2激发粉煤灰活性和潜在水硬性。其四,复合胶结材料是经球磨机研磨,除要求原材料干性以外还需要物流性,采用干颗粒粉煤灰及其它粒性原材料来增加球磨机内的通风,加快物流速度,提高台机率。

以下结合实施例具体说明。
实施例1
建筑砂浆复合胶结材料以粉煤灰、水泥熟料为主要原料,添加高炉矿渣、沸石、磷石膏、生石灰为辅料,生产100吨胶结材料;水泥熟料20T、粉煤灰40T、磷石膏5T、生石灰15T、沸石10T、矿渣10T,将上述原料送入各自的原料仓,经微机配料后均衡喂料球磨机,研磨生产M2.5胶结材料。
实施例2
建筑砂浆复合胶结材料以粉煤灰、水泥熟料为主要原料,添加高炉矿渣、沸石、磷石膏、生石灰为辅料,生产100吨胶结材料,水泥熟料26T、粉煤灰36T、磷石膏5T,生石灰13T、沸石10T、高炉矿渣10T,将上述原料送入各自的原料仓内,经微机配料后均衡的装入球磨机内,研磨生产除M5、M7.5的胶结材料。
实施例3
建筑砂浆复合胶结材料以粉煤灰、水泥熟料为主要原料,添加高炉矿渣、沸石、磷石膏、生石灰为辅料,其生产95吨胶结材料,水泥熟料40T、粉煤灰30T、磷石膏3T、高炉矿渣7T、沸石5T、生石灰10T,将上述原料送入各自的原料仓内,经微机配料后均衡的装入球磨机内,研磨生产M10的胶结材料。
经检验:

建筑砂浆复合胶结材料是粉煤灰、工业废渣资源综合利用的产品,性能符合LG/T 3062-1999建筑砂浆用FA胶结材料建筑行业标准,满足工民建筑质量要求,使用建筑砂浆复合胶结材料配置混合砂浆方便简单,配合比;胶结材料:砂:水,经搅拌均匀后直接使用砌筑或抹灰。内墙抹灰不起泡、不返碱,具有良好的合易性和强度等优点。
Claims (4)
1、一种建筑砂浆复合胶结材料,含有以下组分,以重量百分比表示用量,水泥熟料20%-40%、高炉矿渣5%-10%、粉煤灰30%-40%、生石灰10%-15%、沸石5%-10%,磷石膏:按干基计算3-5%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的建筑砂浆复合胶结材料,其特征在于原料粉煤灰为干性和湿性粉煤灰,干性颗粒粉煤灰粒度10-20mm,湿性粉煤灰粒度30-300μm,其余原料粒度10-40mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的建筑砂浆复合胶结材料,其特征在于湿性粉煤灰含水率为15-18%,高炉矿渣含水率为12-15%。
4、一种如权利要求1所述的建筑砂浆复合胶结材料的制备方法,其特征在于使用球磨机混料,球磨机的转速为26-28r/min。
