前記ブレーキパッドは、
a)水添アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム(HNBR)10〜40重量部と、フッ化ビニリデン−六フッ化プロピレン−四フッ化エチレン三元共重合体90〜60重量部と、を含む高分子基材と、
b)前記高分子基材100重量部につき合計5〜15重量部の繊維と、を含む混合物を、ペルオキシド架橋系で架橋させることによって得られる。

b)前記高分子基材100重量部につき、9重量部のパラおよびメタアラミド繊維と、5重量部のタルクと、4重量部の酸化カルシウムと、3重量部のイソシアヌル酸トリアリルと、2.5重量部のペルオキシド類と、2重量部のカーボンナノチューブ(MWCNT)と、1重量部の酸化マグネシウムと、1重量部の水酸化カルシウムと、1重量部の酸化亜鉛と、0.5重量部のカルナウバロウの粉末と、0.5重量部のオルガノシリコーン類と、を含むものとした。
Claims (17)
- 制動時に自転車(1)の車輪(2)のリム(3)の側部(8)に圧接する制動面(9)を有する自転車(1)のブレーキ(4)用のブレーキパッド(5)であって、
前記ブレーキパッド(5)は、
a)水添アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム(HNBR)10〜40重量部、およびフッ化ビニリデン−六フッ化プロピレン−四フッ化エチレン三元共重合体90〜60重量部と、を含む高分子基材と、
b)前記高分子基材100重量部につき合計5〜15重量部の繊維と、を含む、混合物を、ペルオキシド架橋系で架橋させることによって得られる、
自転車のブレーキ用のブレーキパッド。 - 請求項1において、前記繊維が、セルロース、ナイロン、ポリエステル、ポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)、ポリ(p−フェニレン−2,6−ベンゾビスオキサゾール)、およびアラミド繊維からなる群から選択される、ブレーキパッド。
- 請求項2において、前記繊維が、アラミド繊維、好ましくはパラアラミド繊維および/またはメタアラミド繊維である、ブレーキパッド。
- 請求項3において、前記繊維の平均長が1mmである、ブレーキ用のブレーキパッド。
- 請求項3または4において、前記繊維の平均径が5〜20μmである、ブレーキパッド。

- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項において、前記混合物が、さらに、前記高分子基材100重量部につき合計1〜4重量部のカーボンナノチューブ(MWCNT)を含む、ブレーキパッド。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項において、前記混合物が、さらにMgO、ZnO、Ca(OH)2およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるフィラーを、前記高分子基材100重量部につき合計1〜5重量部を含む、ブレーキパッド。

- 自転車(1)のブレーキ(4)用のブレーキパッド(5)を製造するための架橋性混合物であって、
a)水添アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム(HNBR)10〜40重量部と、フッ化ビニリデン−六フッ化プロピレン−四フッ化エチレン三元共重合体90〜60重量部と、を含む高分子基材と、
b)前記高分子基材100重量部につき合計5〜15重量部の繊維と、を含む、ブレーキパッド製造用の架橋性混合物。 - 請求項16において、請求項2から13のいずれか一項に記載された混合物である、ブレーキパッド製造用の架橋性混合物。
