Abstract
【解決手段】フレキシブルディスプレイを製造する方法は、可撓性を有するように構成されて寸法付けられる背面基板上に表示効果層が形成されるディスプレイを設け402、可撓性の基板上にカラーフィルタをシルクスクリーニング又はシャドーマスキングを行うことにより形成し408、それにより、表示効果層とカラーフィルタとの間の近接に起因して開口及び視差効果が制御されるようにし、カラーフィルタの形成はディスプレイの組立後に行われ、それにより、カラーフィルタとディスプレイのピクセル構造との位置合わせ410を可能にし、位置合わせはカラーフィルタをピクセル構造に対して位置合わせするためにシルクスクリーン又はシャドーマスクを引き伸ばすことを含む。

Claims (7)
- フレキシルディスプレイ装置を製造するための方法であって、
可撓性を有するように構成されて寸法付けられる背面基板上に表示効果層が形成されるディスプレイを設け(402)、
可撓性の前面基板上にカラーフィルタをシルクスクリーニング又はシャドーマスキングを行うことにより形成し(408)、それにより、前記表示効果層と前記カラーフィルタとの間の近接に起因して開口及び視差効果が制御されるようにし、前記カラーフィルタの形成は前記ディスプレイの組立後に行われ、それにより、前記カラーフィルタと前記ディスプレイのピクセル構造との位置合わせ(410)を可能にし、
前記カラーフィルタと前記ディスプレイのピクセル構造との前記位置合わせ(410)は、前記カラーフィルタを前記ピクセル構造に対して位置合わせするためにシルクスクリーン又はシャドーマスクを引き伸ばすことを含むことを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記形成(408)は、フォトリソグラフィを使用して前記カラーフィルタを堆積してパターニングすることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記カラーフィルタと前記ディスプレイのピクセル構造との前記位置合わせ(410)は、投影光学素子を使用して前記カラーフィルタを前記ピクセル構造に対して位置合わせすることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記形成(408)は、前記カラーフィルタをインクジェット印刷することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記カラーフィルタと前記ディスプレイのピクセル構造との前記位置合わせ(410)は、前記ピクセル構造と位置合わせしながら前記カラーフィルタを印刷することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記カラーフィルタに対して保護コーティングを適用する(416)ことを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記カラーフィルタが前記表示効果層と対向するように前記前面基板を取り付ける(414)ことを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
