Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、使い捨ておむつや生理用ナプキンのように、合成樹脂とパルプとが一連不可分的に結合された合成樹脂−パルプ製廃棄物を主材料にする親環境性低価固体燃料とその製造方法を提供しようとするものであって、使い捨ておむつ及び生理用ナプキンのように、パルプと合成樹脂とが一体になった廃棄物を破砕機に投入して細かく破砕し、その破片に若干の廃食用油を粘結助剤として添加して押出成形し、切断してペレット化した後、乾燥する合成樹脂−パルプ製廃棄物を主材料にする固体燃料製造方法と、この方法により製造された親環境性低価自然乾燥型固体燃料を特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- 製造過程で不良処理されたものであって、パルプの底面に合成樹脂防水膜が接合された使い捨ておむつまたは使い捨て生理用ナプキンのような廃棄物を細かく破砕して破片化するステップと、
前記破片化ステップが処理された廃棄物破片をスクリューコンベヤに押送しながら粘結助剤を噴霧して混ぜ合わすステップと、
前記混ぜ合わすステップが処理された廃棄物を押出器で押出し乾燥するステップと、
を含んで構成され、
前記粘結助剤は廃食用油であり、廃食用油は廃棄物破片の総重量に対し、5重量%乃至10重量%に該当する重量比で噴霧され、
前記粘結助剤はコンベヤのシリンダー初入部にコンベヤの移送方向に沿って均等の間隔をおいて複数個で設置されたり、シリンダーの円周を等分した地点に螺旋方向に均等分配設置される粘結助剤ノズルを介して噴霧されるように構成されることを特徴とする、合成樹脂−パルプ製廃棄物を主材料にする固体燃料の製造方法。
