Abstract

Claims (10)
- エアロゲル粒子が分散したフッ素系プラスチックを含み、表面エネルギーが約20mN/m2以下である、表面コーティング。
- 前記エアロゲル粒子が、前記表面コーティングの約0.1重量%〜約25重量%含まれる、請求項1に記載の表面コーティング。
- 前記フッ素系プラスチックが、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ペルフルオロアルコキシポリマー樹脂(PFA)、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)とヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)とのコポリマー、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)とフッ化ビニリデン(VDFまたはVF2)とのコポリマー、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)、フッ化ビニリデン(VDF)、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)のターポリマー、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)、フッ化ビニリデン(VF2)、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)のテトラポリマーからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の表面コーティング。
- 前記エアロゲル粒子が、シリカ、炭素、アルミナ、チタニア、ジルコニアからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1に記載の表面コーティング。
- 前記エアロゲル粒子は、表面積が約400m2/g〜約1200m2/gである、請求項1に記載の表面コーティング。
- 前記エアロゲル粒子は、粒径が約1μm〜約100μmである、請求項1に記載の表面コーティング。
- 前記エアロゲル粒子が、アルキルシラン、アルキルクロロシラン、アルキルシロキサン、ポリジメチルシロキサン、アミノシラン、メタクリルシランからなる群から選択される表面官能基を含む、請求項1に記載の表面コーティング。
- 基材と、
前記基材の上に配置されている機能性層と、
中間層の上に配置されている外側層とを備え、前記外側層は、エアロゲル粒子が分散したフッ素系プラスチックマトリックスを含み、前記外側層の表面エネルギーが約20mN/m2未満である、定着器部材。 - 前記フッ素系プラスチックが、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ペルフルオロアルコキシポリマー樹脂(PFA)、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)とヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)のコポリマー、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)とフッ化ビニリデン(VDFまたはVF2)のコポリマー、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)、フッ化ビニリデン(VDF)、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)のターポリマー、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)、フッ化ビニリデン(VF2)、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)のテトラポリマーからなる群から選択される、請求項8に記載の定着器部材。
- 基材と、
前記基材の上に配置されている外側層とを備え、前記外側層は、エアロゲル粒子が分散したフッ素系プラスチックマトリックスを含み、前記エアロゲル粒子は、約1重量%〜約5重量%含まれ、前記外側層の表面エネルギーが約10mN/m2未満である、定着器部材。
