Abstract
【解決手段】本実施の形態に係る静電容量式タッチパネルは、基板と、前記基板の一方の面上に、第1軸と第2軸からのセンス信号を生成するセンシングマトリックスを形成するように配置された複数の導電素子を有するタッチセンサとを備える。これにより、本開示は、静電容量式タッチパネルの構造の簡素化を達成し得る。

Claims (12)
- 基板と、
前記基板の一方の面上に、第1軸と第2軸からのセンス信号を生成するセンシングマトリックスを形成するように配置された複数の導電素子を有するタッチセンサと、
を備える、
静電容量式タッチパネル。 - 隣接する前記導電素子は、それらの間の前記センシングマトリックスの前記第1軸又は前記第2軸上に第1寄生容量を誘導し、
それぞれの前記導電素子は、グランドとの間に第2寄生容量を誘導する、
請求項1に記載の静電容量式タッチパネル。 - 前記タッチセンサは、
前記センシングマトリックスの前記第1軸の一端に電気的に接続されたインプットバスと、
前記センシングマトリックスの前記第2軸の一端に電気的に接続されたアウトプットバスと、
をさらに備える、
請求項1又は2に記載の静電容量式タッチパネル。 - 前記アウトプットバスは、前記センシングマトリックスの前記第1軸の他端に電気的に接続されている請求項3に記載の静電容量式タッチパネル。
- 前記インプットバスは、前記センシングマトリックスの前記第2軸の他端に電気的に接続されている請求項4に記載の静電容量式タッチパネル。
- 前記インプットバス及び前記アウトプットバスに電気的に接続され、前記インプットバスへの駆動信号を生成し、前記アウトプットバスからの検出信号を受信するコントロールユニットをさらに備える請求項3、4又は5に記載の静電容量式タッチパネル。
- 基板の表面上に複数の導電素子を配列することによりセンシングマトリックスを形成し、
前記センシングマトリックスの第1軸に一端に接続されるインプットバスを配置し、
前記センシングマトリックスの第2軸の一端に接続されるアウトプットバスを配置する、
静電容量式タッチパネルの製造方法。 - 前記アウトプットバスは、さらに前記センシングマトリックスの前記第1軸の他端に電気的に接続されている請求項7に記載の静電容量式タッチパネルの製造方法。
- 前記インプットバスは、さらに前記センシングマトリックスの前記第2軸の他端に電気的に接続されている請求項8に記載の静電容量式タッチパネルの製造方法。
- 前記インプットバス及び前記アウトプットバスに電気的に接続されるコントロールユニットを配置する請求項7、8又は9に記載の静電容量式タッチパネルの製造方法。
- 前記センシングマトリックスの形成ステップでは、
前記基板上に導電膜をコーティングし、
前記導電膜をパターニングするステップを含む
請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の静電容量式タッチパネルの製造方法。 - 前記センシングマトリックスの形成ステップでは、
印刷技術により前記基板の表面上に前記導電素子をプリントするステップを含む請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の静電容量式タッチパネルの製造方法。
